and_o mortal_a creature_n give_v we_o not_o up_o unto_o utter_a ruin_n and_o destruction_n but_o grant_v we_o thy_o grace_n that_o we_o may_v so_o walk_v before_o thou_o both_o in_o sickness_n and_o in_o health_n that_o we_o may_v have_v comfort_n in_o our_o death_n and_o look_v down_o we_o humble_o beseech_v thou_o with_o the_o eye_n of_o thy_o tender_a pity_n and_o compassion_n upon_o this_o disease_n so_o desperate_a but_o thou_o can_v cure_v it_o there_o be_v no_o wound_n so_o deadly_a but_o thou_o can_v heal_v it_o thou_o be_v able_a to_o raise_v the_o ruler_n daughter_n from_o the_o bed_n when_o she_o be_v in_o the_o gripe_n of_o death_n the_o widow_n son_n from_o the_o beer_n when_o he_o be_v upon_o his_o journey_n to_o the_o grave_n thou_o be_v able_a to_o raise_v lazarus_n out_o of_o the_o grave_a when_o he_o have_v be_v four_o day_n dead_a and_o bury_v and_o thou_o be_v the_o same_o god_n still_o the_o same_o in_o power_n and_o the_o same_o in_o mercy_n thou_o have_v as_o open_v a_o ear_n and_o as_o compassionate_v a_o heart_n and_o as_o able_a a_o hand_n to_o hear_v &_o pity_n and_o help_v thy_o poor_a people_n as_o ever_o thou_o have_v when_o physician_n can_v do_v nothing_o and_o when_o medicine_n can_v do_v nothing_o and_o when_o angel_n can_v do_v nothing_o and_o when_o all_o the_o creature_n be_v at_o a_o stand_n and_o when_o the_o strength_n of_o nature_n fail_v yet_o there_o be_v help_v and_o comfort_n in_o thou_o and_o thou_o make_v the_o extremity_n of_o thy_o people_n the_o opportunity_n of_o thy_o power_n and_o goodness_n to_o thou_o therefore_o o_o lord_n we_o come_v beseech_v thou_o to_o glorify_v the_o power_n of_o thy_o mercy_n in_o restore_v this_o thy_o servant_n to_o his_o former_a health_n and_o strength_n if_o it_o be_v thy_o bless_a will_n that_o he_o may_v live_v to_o praise_n and_o glorify_v thy_o name_n to_o amend_v his_o life_n to_o increase_v in_o knowledge_n and_o grace_n to_o do_v good_a among_o thy_o people_n to_o make_v his_o call_n and_o election_n more_o and_o more_o sure_a unto_o himself_o against_o his_o departure_n out_o of_o this_o world_n and_o that_o he_o may_v have_v strength_n of_o body_n and_o vigorous_a soundness_n of_o his_o faculty_n &_o power_n to_o come_v before_o thou_o in_o the_o holy_a assembly_n of_o thy_o people_n and_o to_o enjoy_v the_o benefit_n of_o thy_o
