desire_n of_o the_o power_n of_o the_o key_n and_o that_o their_o congregation_n may_v execute_v ecclesiastical_a censure_n within_o themselves_o we_o can_v but_o express_v our_o just_a fear_n that_o their_o desire_n be_v to_o introduce_v a_o absolute_a innovation_n of_o presbyterial_a government_n whereby_o we_o who_o be_v now_o govern_v by_o the_o canon_n and_o civil_a law_n dispense_v by_o
