withdraw_v themselves_o from_o their_o former_a commerce_n and_o deal_v and_o other_o both_o merchant_n and_o chapman_n do_v general_o refuse_v to_o make_v payment_n for_o good_n long_v since_o sell_v and_o deliver_v allege_v that_o other_o refuse_v to_o pay_v they_o for_o any_o commodity_n former_o sell_v till_o the_o fear_n and_o distraction_n of_o the_o land_n be_v settle_v which_o if_o not_o sudden_o prevent_v will_v fortwith_o over-turn_a all_o such_o way_n of_o advantage_n and_o comfort_n as_o have_v former_o make_v this_o kingdom_n and_o this_o county_n in_o particular_a prosperous_a
