parliament_n to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o sect._n ii_o provide_v against_o subject_v the_o person_n of_o any_o knight_n citizen_z or_o burgess_n or_o any_o other_o entitle_v to_o the_o privilege_n of_o parliament_n to_o be_v arrest_v during_o the_o time_n of_o privilege_n nevertheless_o allow_v the_o liberty_n that_o any_o person_n have_v cause_n action_n or_o complaint_n against_o any_o peer_n of_o the_o realm_n or_o lord_n of_o parliament_n so_o that_o after_o any_o dissolution_n prorogation_n or_o adjournment_n as_o aforesaid_a or_o and_z before_o any_o session_n of_o parliament_n or_o meet_v of_o both_o house_n as_o aforesaid_a shall_v and_o may_v have_v such_o process_n out_o of_o the_o court_n of_o king_n bench_n common_a plea_n and_o exchequer_n against_o such_o peer_n or_o lord_n of_o parliament_n as_o he_o may_v have_v have_v against_o he_o out_o of_o the_o time_n of_o privilege_n and_o if_o any_o person_n have_v cause_n of_o action_n against_o any_o of_o the_o say_a knight_n citizens_z or_o burgess_n or_o any_o other_o entitle_v to_o privilege_n after_o any_o such_o dissolution_n prorogation_n or_o adjournment_n or_o before_o any_o such_o session_n or_o meet_v of_o both_o house_n ut_fw-la supra_fw-la he_o shall_v and_o may_v prosecute_v such_o knight_n citizen_z or_o burgess_n or_o other_o such_o privilege_a person_n in_o the_o say_a court_n of_o king_n bench_n common_a plea_n or_o exchequer_n by_o original_a bill_n and_o summons_n attachment_n and_o distress_n infinite_a out_o of_o the_o same_o court_n who_o be_v respective_o impower_v to_o issue_v the_o same_o against_o he_o or_o they_o until_o the_o defendant_n shall_v enter_v a_o common_a appearance_n or_o file_v common_a bail_n to_o the_o action_n according_a to_o the_o course_n of_o each_o court._n and_o that_o any_o person_n have_v cause_n of_o suit_n or_o complaint_n may_v in_o the_o time_n aforesaid_a exhibit_v any_o bill_n of_o complaint_n against_o any_o peer_n of_o the_o realm_n or_o lord_n of_o parliament_n or_o against_o any_o knight_n citizen_z or_o burgess_n or_o other_o person_n so_o entitle_v to_o privilege_n in_o the_o chancery_n exchequer_n or_o duchy_n court_n and_o proceed_v thereon_o by_o letter_n or_o subpoena_n as_o usual_a and_o upon_o leave_v a_o copy_n of_o the_o bill_n with_o the_o defendant_n or_o at_o his_o house_n or_o lodging_n or_o last_o place_n of_o abide_v may_v proceed_v thereon_o and_o for_o want_v of_o a_o appearance_n or_o answer_n or_o for_o non-performance_n of_o any_o order_n or_o decree_n or_o for_o breach_n thereof_o may_v sequester_v the_o real_a or_o personal_a estate_n of_o the_o party_n as_o be_v use_v and_o practise_v where_o the_o defendant_n be_v a_o peer_n of_o the_o realm_n but_o shall_v not_o arrest_v or_o imprison_v the_o body_n of_o any_o of_o the_o say_a knight_n citizens_z or_o burgess_n or_o other_o privilege_a person_n during_o the_o continuance_n of_o privilege_n of_o parliament_n sect._n iii_o that_o where_o any_o person_n by_o reason_n of_o privilege_n of_o parliament_n be_v stay_v or_o prevent_v from_o prosecute_a any_o suit_n
