parliament_n or_o meet_v of_o both_o house_n as_o aforesaid_a shall_v and_o may_v have_v such_o process_n out_o of_o the_o court_n of_o king_n bench_n common_a plea_n and_o exchequer_n against_o such_o peer_n or_o lord_n of_o parliament_n as_o he_o may_v have_v have_v against_o he_o out_o of_o the_o time_n of_o privilege_n and_o if_o any_o person_n have_v cause_n of_o action_n against_o any_o or_o duchy_n court_n and_o proceed_v thereon_o by_o letter_n or_o subpoena_n as_o usual_a and_o upon_o leave_v a_o copy_n of_o the_o bill_n with_o the_o defendant_n or_o at_o his_o house_n or_o lodging_n or_o last_o place_n of_o abide_v may_v proceed_v thereon_o and_o for_o want_v of_o a_o appearance_n or_o answer_n or_o for_o non-performance_n of_o any_o order_n or_o decree_n or_o for_o
