especial_a provision_n thief_o for_o they_o that_o then_o be_v dweller_n in_o those_o place_n which_o some_o time_n be_v within_o the_o forest_n and_o yet_o by_o this_o statute_n put_v out_o of_o of_o the_o say_a statute_n or_o otherwise_o his_o claim_n shall_v be_v seize_v into_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o king_n for_o non_fw-la clamer_fw-la of_o the_o same_o seizure_n non_fw-la clamer_fw-la be_v cause_n of_o seizure_n and_o in_o like_a manner_n it_o be_v if_o one_o that_o do_v dwell_v out_o of_o the_o forest_n have_v a_o profit_n aprender_v out_o of_o any_o land_n within_o the_o forest_n or_o any_o office_n within_o the_o forest_n or_o any_o other_o privilege_n or_o liberty_n then_o he_o must_v of_o necessity_n appear_v before_o the_o justice_n of_o the_o forest_n at_o the_o first_o day_n of_o the_o session_n &_o there_o put_v in_o his_o claim_n for_o the_o same_o and_o so_o he_o be_v bind_v to_o take_v notice_n of_o this_o common_a or_o general_a summon_n and_o thereby_o to_o the_o common_a sommos_fw-la aforesaid_a it_o be_v to_o be_v understand_v that_o all_o manner_n of_o person_n dwell_v within_o the_o forest_n and_o be_v under_o the_o age_n of_o 12._o year_n although_o that_o they_o be_v inheritor_n of_o land_n within_o the_o forest_n yet_o they_o be_v not_o compel_v to_o appear_v before_o the_o lord_n chief_a justice_n in_o eyer_n of_o the_o forest_n at_o the_o general_a session_n by_o reason_n of_o this_o common_a summons_n aforesaid_a and_o in_o like_a manner_n all_o manner_n of_o person_n that_o be_v dwell_v within_o the_o forest_n be_v either_o lame_a sickly_a or_o else_o blind_a they_o be_v not_o to_o be_v force_v to_o appear_v before_o the_o lord_n chief_a justice_n in_o eyer_n of_o the_o forest_n by_o this_o common_a summon_n aforesaid_a 24._o to_o be_v force_v to_o appear_v before_o the_o lord_n chief_a justice_n in_o eyer_n of_o the_o forest_n by_o this_o general_a summon_n although_o that_o they_o do_v dwell_v within_o the_o forest_n notwithstanding_o the_o word_n of_o the_o statute_n aforesaid_a for_o they_o be_v provide_v for_o by_o the_o statute_n of_o west_n the_o second_o cap._n 38._o 37_o vide_fw-la the_o statute_n of_o 13._o e._n 1_o ca._n 37_o if_o any_o man_n that_o be_v dwell_v within_o the_o forest_n and_o the_o same_o person_n be_v employ_v in_o the_o service_n of_o the_o king_n in_o some_o other_o place_n so_o that_o he_o can_v not_o by_o reason_n thereof_o appear_v before_o the_o lord_n chief_a justice_n in_o eyer_n of_o the_o forest_n he_o may_v have_v his_o writ_n call_v warrantia_fw-la diei_fw-la for_o
