die_fw-la lovis_fw-la 28_o maii_fw-la 1646._o for_o as_o much_o as_o many_o writ_n of_o error_n be_v now_o bring_v and_o may_v hereafter_o be_v bring_v and_o the_o record_n thereupon_o be_v remove_v into_o this_o present_a parliament_n and_o the_o plaintiff_n in_o the_o same_o writ_n oftentimes_o desire_v to_o delay_v justice_n rather_o than_o to_o come_v to_o the_o determination_n of_o the_o right_n of_o the_o cause_n it_o be_v therefore_o this_o day_n order_v by_o the_o lord_n assemble_v in_o parliament_n that_o the_o plaintiff_n in_o such_o writ_n after_o the_o same_o and_o the_o record_n be_v bring_v in_o shall_v speedy_o repair_v to_o the_o clerk_n of_o the_o parliament_n and_o prosecute_v their_o writ_n of_o error_n and_o satisfy_v the_o officer_n of_o this_o house_n their_o fee_n just_o due_a unto_o they_o by_o reason_n of_o the_o prosecution_n of_o the_o say_a writ_n of_o error_n and_o the_o proceed_n thereupon_o and_o further_o shall_v assign_v their_o error_n within_o eight_o day_n after_o the_o bring_n in_o of_o such_o writ_n with_o the_o record_n and_o if_o the_o plaintiff_n make_v default_n so_o to_o do_v than_o the_o say_a clerk_n if_o the_o defendant_n in_o such_o writ_n require_v it_o shall_v record_v that_o the_o plaintiff_n have_v not_o prosecute_v his_o writ_n of_o error_n and_o that_o this_o house_n do_v therefore_o award_v that_o such_o plaintiff_n shall_v lose_v his_o writ_n and_o that_o the_o defendant_n shall_v go_v without_o day_n and_o that_o the_o record_n be_v remit_v and_o if_o any_o plaintiff_n in_o any_o writ_n of_o error_n shall_v allege_v diminution_n and_o pray_v a_o cerciorari_fw-la the_o clerk_n shall_v enter_v a_o award_n thereof_o according_o and_o the_o plaintiff_n may_v before_o in_fw-la nullo_fw-la est_fw-la erratum_fw-la plead_v sue_v forth_o such_o writ_n of_o cerciorari_fw-la in_o ordinary_a course_n without_o special_a petition_n or_o motion_n to_o this_o house_n for_o the_o same_o and_o if_o he_o shall_v not_o prosecute_v such_o writ_n and_o procure_v it_o to_o be_v return_v within_o ten_o day_n next_o after_o his_o plea_n of_o diminution_n put_v into_o this_o house_n then_o unless_o he_o shall_v show_v some_o good_a cause_n to_o this_o house_n for_o the_o enlarge_n of_o the_o time_n for_o the_o return_n of_o such_o writ_n he_o shall_v lose_v the_o benefit_n of_o the_o same_o and_o the_o defendant_n in_o the_o writ_n of_o error_n may_v proceed_v as_o if_o no_o such_o writ_n of_o cereiorari_fw-la be_v award_v die_fw-la iovis_fw-la 28._o maii_fw-la 1646._o order_a by_o the_o lord_n assemble_v in_o parliament_n that_o this_o order_n be_v forthwith_o print_v and_o publish_v ioh._n brown_n cler._n parliamentorum_fw-la london_n print_v for_o john_n wright_n at_o the_o king_n head_n in_o the_o old_a bayley_n 1646._o
