die_fw-la iovis_fw-la 2_o september_n 1647_o a_o declaration_n of_o the_o lord_n and_o commons_o assemble_v in_o parliament_n the_o lord_n and_o commons_o in_o parliament_n assemble_v take_v into_o their_o serious_a consideration_n the_o great_a inconvenience_n and_o danger_n which_o daily_o do_v or_o may_v accrue_v by_o the_o resort_n of_o divers_a person_n to_o the_o door_n of_o both_o house_n under_o pretence_n of_o arrear_n to_o they_o due_a the_o great_a part_n of_o they_o be_v person_n evil_a affect_v to_o the_o parliament_n and_o kingdom_n and_o their_o come_n thither_o be_v for_o the_o most_o part_n though_o under_o other_o pretence_n to_o disturb_v they_o in_o their_o proceed_n and_o likewise_o remember_v the_o effectual_a course_n by_o they_o take_v by_o their_o late_a instruction_n bear_v date_n the_o 28._o of_o may_n last_o for_o the_o determine_n of_o all_o account_n so_o that_o there_o can_v be_v no_o colour_n of_o any_o such_o resort_n as_o aforesaid_a except_o it_o be_v of_o such_o who_o be_v unwilling_a the_o truth_n of_o their_o account_n shall_v appear_v do_v hereby_o order_n and_o declare_v that_o henceforth_o no_o person_n or_o person_n shall_v presume_v to_o resort_v thither_o under_o any_o such_o pretence_n both_o house_n have_v former_o order_v that_o the_o committee_n for_o the_o account_n of_o the_o whole_a kingdom_n or_o other_o committee_n authorize_v for_o that_o purpose_n shall_v present_v roll_n of_o such_o account_n so_o determine_v to_o both_o house_n and_o not_o otherways_o where_o those_o person_n concern_v therein_o shall_v receive_v such_o further_a assurance_n and_o satisfaction_n as_o both_o house_n shall_v find_v to_o be_v just_a and_o in_o case_n after_o the_o publication_n hereof_o any_o person_n shall_v presume_v contrary_a to_o this_o declaration_n the_o guard_n attend_v on_o either_o or_o both_o house_n be_v hereby_o require_v to_o seize_v upon_o they_o and_o keep_v they_o in_o safe_a custody_n and_o if_o upon_o examination_n by_o the_o committee_n of_o complaint_n it_o be_v find_v that_o there_o be_v any_o arrear_n due_a to_o any_o such_o person_n every_o such_o sum_n of_o money_n shall_v be_v and_o be_v forfeit_a for_o he_o or_o their_o contempt_n and_o such_o further_a punishment_n upon_o other_o as_o both_o house_n shall_v appoint_v order_a by_o the_o lord_n assemble_v in_o parliament_n that_o this_o declaration_n be_v forthwith_o print_v and_o publish_v jo._n brown_n cler._n parliamentorum_fw-la print_v at_o london_n for_o john_n wright_n at_o the_o king_n head_n in_o the_o old_a bailie_n 1647._o
