etc._n etc._n i_o will_v not_o repeat_v what_o baggot_n council_n offer_v because_o the_o great_a part_n of_o it_o be_v mention_v by_o our_o author_n as_o well_o as_o my_o lord_n 12._o case_n f._n 16._o 9_o e._n 4._o 12._o coke_n after_o hear_v what_o be_v urge_v on_o both_o side_n the_o justice_n say_v they_o have_v confer_v with_o the_o judge_n of_o the_o common-plea_n upon_o all_o the_o reflection_n i_o will_v at_o present_a make_v upon_o this_o case_n be_v that_o although_o what_o be_v refer_v unto_o by_o my_o lord_n coke_n may_v be_v originally_n the_o argument_n of_o baggot_n counsel_n only_o yet_o sure_o in_o a_o point_n of_o such_o consequence_n as_o this_o the_o judge_n will_v not_o have_v let_v these_o matter_n pass_v without_o some_o check_n or_o censure_n if_o they_o have_v not_o approve_v they_o they_o will_v not_o have_v give_v judgement_n on_o the_o side_n of_o those_o who_o argue_v in_o that_o manner_n without_o distinguish_v what_o they_o do_v agree_v unto_o and_o what_o be_v not_o to_o be_v allow_v of_o if_o any_o part_n of_o what_o they_o have_v lay_v down_o have_v not_o be_v agreeable_a to_o the_o law_n and_o their_o opinion_n as_o affair_n than_o stand_v there_o be_v much_o great_a danger_n that_o the_o judge_n who_o owe_v their_o office_n to_o the_o power_n in_o possession_n will_v lessen_v and_o vilify_v the_o act_n of_o the_o cast-off_a dispossess_v prince_n and_o that_o the_o counsel_n will_v be_v afraid_a of_o speak_v up_o to_o the_o full_a what_o their_o cause_n will_v bear_v then_o that_o extravagant_a thing_n shall_v be_v assert_v at_o the_o bar_n and_o not_o only_o pass_v unreproved_a from_o the_o bench_n but_o have_v the_o countenance_n of_o a_o resolution_n of_o the_o court_n on_o their_o side_n and_o that_o a_o debate_n or_o haesitation_n i_o think_v this_o be_v sufficient_a but_o i_o will_v add_v this_o further_a observation_n that_o there_o never_o have_v be_v in_o any_o time_n since_o the_o time_n of_o and_o doubt_n must_v arise_v concern_v the_o several_a title_n which_o may_v be_v pretend_v to_o the_o crown_n and_o thence_o will_v probable_o ensue_v great_a effusion_n of_o blood_n etc._n etc._n as_o the_o statute_n 25_o h._n 8._o c._n 22._o etc._n etc._n speak_v to_o prevent_v this_o he_o very_o prudent_o take_v care_n to_o tell_v his_o subject_n by_o act_n of_o parliament_n where_o their_o otherwise_o than_o according_a to_o those_o limitation_n these_o act_n suppose_v that_o act_n of_o parliament_n can_v alter_v the_o hereditary_a course_n of_o descent_n which_o perhaps_o my_o author_n
