have_v otherwise_o expend_v the_o rent_n in_o performance_n of_o the_o charitable_a use_n and_o may_v order_v the_o house_n to_o be_v ever_o after_o keep_v in_o good_a repair_n as_o often_o as_o need_n require_v and_o if_o they_o which_o ought_v to_o repair_v the_o say_a house_n be_v dead_a before_o the_o commissioner_n decree_n the_o commissioner_n may_v order_v that_o their_o heir_n annuity_n profit_n hereditament_n good_n chattel_n money_n stock_n of_o money_n give_v to_o any_o of_o the_o charitable_a use_n aforesaid_a but_o this_o act_n do_v not_o extend_v to_o all_o land_n etc._n etc._n nor_o to_o all_o good_n and_o chattel_n money_n or_o stock_n of_o money_n give_v to_o any_o charitable_a use_n aforesaid_a but_o certain_a be_v exempt_v in_o these_o eight_o several_a eton_n 4_o of_o the_o college_n of_o winchester_n 5_o of_o any_o city_n or_o town_n corporate_a where_o there_o be_v a_o special_a governor_n or_o governor_n of_o such_o land_n 6_o of_o any_o college_n hospital_n or_o free-school_n which_o have_v special_a visitor_n or_o governor_n or_o overseer_n appoint_v to_o they_o by_o the_o founder_n 7_o of_o purchaser_n have_v these_o three_o quality_n 1_o for_o valuable_a consideration_n of_o money_n or_o land_n 2_o without_o fraud_n or_o covin._n 3_o have_v no_o notice_n of_o the_o same_o charitable_a use_n but_o albeit_o the_o release_n and_o redemption_n of_o captive_n aid_n or_o case_n of_o any_o poor_a inhabitant_n concerning_o payment_n of_o fifteen_o set_v out_o of_o soldier_n and_o other_o tax_n and_o of_o the_o
