office_n of_o judicature_n or_o other_o office_n be_v no_o office_n of_o inheritance_n or_o ministerial_a function_n or_o to_o practice_v the_o common_a law_n the_o civil_a law_n physic_n surgery_n the_o art_n of_o apothecary_n or_o any_o liberal_a science_n for_o gain_v cxxxi_o if_o a_o marry_a woman_n be_v a_o convict_a recusant_n do_v not_o conform_v within_o three_o month_n after_o conviction_n she_o shall_v be_v commit_v to_o prison_n by_o a_o privy_a councillor_n or_o the_o bishop_n of_o the_o diocese_n if_o she_o be_v a_o baroness_n but_o if_o any_o other_o of_o a_o low_a cxxxii_o none_o shall_v go_v himself_o or_o send_v any_o person_n whatsoever_o beyond_o sea_n to_o be_v train_v up_o in_o popery_n or_o any_o maintenance_n or_o relief_n to_o the_o party_n so_o send_v commissioner_n shall_v present_o return_v into_o the_o chancery_n the_o inquest_n and_o matter_n before_o they_o find_v viii_o here_o during_o the_o sheriff_n or_o under-sheriffe_n remain_v in_o his_o office_n the_o coroner_n shall_v impanell_n the_o jury_n each_o of_o they_o have_v land_n worth_a 10._o l._n per_fw-la anuum_fw-la at_o least_o and_o upon_o each_o of_o which_o for_o make_v default_n shall_v take_v half_a fee_n only_o xlii_o none_o shall_v sell_v any_o tan_a leather_n within_o the_o abovesaid_a jurisdiction_n of_o london_n before_o the_o officer_n there_o have_v search_v and_o seal_v it_o in_o pain_n to_o forfeit_v the_o same_o or_o the_o value_n thereof_o xliii_o none_o shall_v withstand_v the_o searcher_n and_o sealer_n in_o the_o due_a execution_n of_o their_o office_n
