other_o rite_n and_o ceremony_n of_o the_o church_n according_a to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o church_n of_o england_n together_o with_o the_o psalter_n or_o psalm_n of_o david_n point_v as_o they_o be_v to_o be_v sing_v or_o say_v in_o church_n and_o the_o form_n and_o manner_n of_o make_v ordain_v and_o consecrate_v of_o bishop_n priest_n and_o deacon_n and_o that_o the_o morning_n and_o evening_n prayer_n therein_o contain_v shall_v upon_o every_o lord_n day_n and_o upon_o all_o other_o day_n and_o occasion_n and_o at_o the_o time_n therein_o appoint_v be_v open_o and_o solemn_o read_v by_o all_o and_o every_o minister_n or_o curate_n in_o every_o church_n chappel_n or_o other_o place_n of_o public_a worship_n within_o this_o realm_n or_o england_n and_o place_n aforesaid_a and_o to_o the_o end_n that_o uniformity_n in_o the_o public_a worship_n of_o god_n which_o be_v so_o much_o desire_v may_v be_v speedy_o effect_v be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o every_o parson_n vicar_n or_o other_o minister_n whatsoever_o who_o now_o have_v and_o enjoy_v any_o ecclesiastical_a benefice_n or_o promotion_n within_o this_o realm_n of_o england_n or_o the_o form_n and_o manner_n of_o make_v ordain_v and_o consecrate_v of_o bishop_n priest_n and_o deacon_n and_o that_o all_o and_o every_o such_o person_n who_o shall_v without_o some_o lawful_a worship_n belong_v to_o his_o say_a benefice_n or_o promotion_n within_o two_o month_n next_o after_o that_o he_o shall_v be_v in_o the_o actual_a possession_n of_o the_o say_v ecclesiastical_a benefice_n or_o promotion_n upon_o some_o lord_n day_n open_o public_o and_o solemn_o read_v the_o morning_n and_o evening_n prayer_n appoint_v to_o be_v read_v by_o and_o according_a to_o the_o say_a and_o in_o every_o college_n elsewhere_o and_o every_o parson_n vicar_n curate_n lecturer_n and_o every_o other_o person_n in_o holy_a order_n and_o every_o schoolmaster_n keep_v any_o public_a or_o private_a school_n and_o every_o person_n instruct_v or_o teach_v any_o youth_n in_o any_o house_n or_o private_a family_n as_o a_o tutor_n or_o schoolmaster_n who_o upon_o the_o first_o day_n of_o may_n which_o shall_v be_v in_o the_o year_n of_o our_o lord_n god_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o sixty_o two_o or_o at_o any_o time_n thereafter_o shall_v be_v incumbent_n or_o have_v possession_n of_o any_o deanery_n canonry_n prebend_n mastership_n headship_n fellowship_n professor_n place_n or_o reader_n place_n parsonage_n vicarage_n or_o any_o other_o ecclesiastical_a dignity_n or_o promotion_n or_o of_o any_o curate_n place_n lecture_n or_o school_n or_o shall_v instruct_v or_o teach_v any_o youth_n as_o tutor_n or_o schoolmaster_n shall_v before_o the_o to_o subscribe_v the_o same_o upon_o pain_n that_o all_o and_o every_o of_o the_o person_n aforesaid_a fail_v in_o such_o subscription_n shall_v lose_v and_o forfeit_v such_o respective_a deanery_n school_n and_o shall_v be_v utter_o disable_v and_o ipso_fw-la facto_fw-la deprive_v of_o the_o same_o and_o that_o every_o such_o respective_a deanery_n canonry_n prebend_n mastership_n headship_n fellowship_n professor_n place_n reader_n place_n parsonage_n vicarage_n ecclesiastical_a dignity_n or_o promotion_n curate_n place_n lecture_n and_o school_n shall_v be_v void_a as_o if_o such_o person_n so_o fail_v be_v natural_o dead_a and_o if_o any_o schoolmaster_n or_o other_o person_n instruct_v or_o teach_v youth_n in_o any_o private_a house_n or_o family_n as_o a_o tutor_n or_o schoolmaster_n shall_v instruct_v or_o teach_v any_o youth_n as_o a_o tutor_n or_o schoolmaster_n before_o license_v obtain_v from_o his_o respective_a archbishop_n bishop_n or_o ordinary_a of_o the_o diocese_n according_a to_o the_o law_n and_o statute_n of_o this_o realm_n for_o which_o he_o shall_v pay_v twelve_o penny_n only_o and_o before_o such_o subscription_n and_o acknowledgement_n make_v as_o aforesaid_a then_o every_o such_o schoolmaster_n and_o other_o instruct_v and_o teach_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v for_o the_o first_o offence_n suffer_v three_o month_n imprisonment_n without_o nativity_n of_o saint_n john_n baptist_n next_o follow_v and_o that_o all_o such_o parish_n and_o cathedral_n church_n or_o other_o place_n where_o the_o say_v book_n shall_v be_v attain_v and_o get_v before_o the_o say_a feast_n of_o the_o nativity_n of_o s._n john_n baptist_n shall_v within_o three_o week_n next_o after_o the_o say_v book_n so_o attain_v and_o get_v use_v the_o say_a service_n and_o put_v the_o same_o in_o ure_n according_a to_o this_o act._n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o no_o person_n or_o person_n shall_v be_v at_o any_o time_n hereafter_o impeach_v or_o otherwise_o molest_v of_o or_o for_o any_o the_o offence_n above_o mention_v hereafter_o to_o be_v commit_v or_o do_v contrary_a to_o this_o act_n unless_o he_o or_o they_o so_o offend_v be_v thereof_o indict_v at_o the_o next_o general_a session_n to_o be_v hold_v before_o any_o such_o justice_n of_o oyer_n and_o determiner_n or_o justice_n of_o assize_n next_o after_o any_o offence_n commit_v or_o do_v contrary_a to_o the_o tenor_n of_o this_o act._n provide_v always_o and_o be_v it_o ordain_v and_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o all_o by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o all_o and_o singular_a archbishop_n and_o bishop_n and_o every_o of_o their_o chancellor_n commissary_n archdeacon_n and_o other_o ordinary_n have_v any_o peculiar_a ecclesiastical_a jurisdiction_n shall_v have_v full_a power_n and_o authority_n by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n as_o well_o to_o inquire_v in_o their_o visitation_n synod_n and_o elsewhere_o within_o their_o jurisdiction_n at_o any_o other_o time_n and_o place_n to_o take_v accusation_n and_o information_n of_o all_o and_o every_o the_o thing_n above_o mention_v do_v commit_v or_o perpetrate_v within_o the_o limit_n of_o their_o jurisdiction_n and_o authority_n as_o to_o punish_v the_o same_o by_o admonition_n excommunication_n sequestration_n or_o deprivation_n and_o england_n by_o the_o authority_n of_o parliament_n in_o the_o second_o year_n of_o the_o reign_n of_o king_n edward_n the_o six_o until_o other_o order_n shall_v be_v therein_o take_v by_o the_o
