pray_v to_o be_v hear_v thereupon_o as_o also_o that_o he_o may_v be_v favour_v with_o a_o copy_n of_o the_o navy_n board_n report_n but_o can_v not_o prevail_v the_o seven_o and_o 9th_o of_o the_o same_o month_n he_o attend_v again_o and_o be_v inform_v by_o mr._n southern_n than_o secretary_n to_o the_o admiralty_n that_o their_o lordship_n report_n be_v draw_v up_o and_o will_v be_v deliver_v the_o next_o council_n day_n viz._n the_o 12_o follow_v but_o be_v not_o wherefore_o everett_n attend_v their_o lordship_n the_o day_n follow_v viz._n the_o 13_o and_o lay_v eight_o head_n before_o they_o relate_v to_o his_o proposal_n and_o humble_o crave_v their_o honour_n will_v take_v it_o into_o consideration_n and_o exspedite_v their_o report_n but_o all_o to_o no_o purpose_n so_o likewise_o august_n the_o 14_o day_n but_o have_v no_o answer_n so_o the_o 17_o he_o give_v in_o a_o fresh_a memorial_n but_o without_o effect_n the_o 21_o he_o again_o petition_v their_o lordship_n humble_o remind_v they_o of_o the_o great_a charge_n and_o damage_n he_o have_v sustain_v and_o be_v then_o order_v to_o attend_v friday_n the_o 24_o when_o they_o will_v consider_v his_o case_n so_o as_o to_o make_v a_o full_a report_n thereof_o at_o which_o time_n he_o glad_o and_o in_o great_a hope_n attend_v the_o admiralty_n board_n but_o be_v inform_v by_o the_o secretary_n that_o sir_n commit_v in_o his_o majesty_n yard_n be_v sufficient_o prove_v he_o then_o solicit_v for_o a_o report_n from_o their_o lordship_n but_o can_v obtain_v none_o till_o the_o 29_o of_o january_n 1694_o 5._o in_o all_o which_o time_n he_o can_v no_o way_n obtain_v a_o copy_n of_o the_o navy-board_n report_n in_o the_o lord_n of_o the_o admiralty_n report_n they_o be_v please_v to_o allow_v of_o that_o part_n of_o everetts_n proposal_n relate_v to_o the_o save_n of_o so_o great_a expense_n and_o express_v themselves_o as_o very_o desirous_a that_o the_o present_a circumstance_n of_o the_o
