horse_n within_o a_o fortnight_n after_o notice_n and_o they_o that_o dwell_v far_o off_o within_o three_o week_n 8._o and_o because_o every_o person_n may_v not_o be_v provide_v with_o present_a money_n or_o with_o horse_n or_o not_o have_v his_o plate_n with_o he_o which_o he_o mean_v to_o bring_v in_o and_o yet_o resolve_v to_o contribute_v his_o part_n within_o the_o time_n limit_v and_o that_o it_o be_v necessary_a it_o shall_v be_v present_o know_v what_o the_o provision_n will_v be_v for_o the_o effect_n of_o this_o great_a and_o important_a service_n it_o be_v order_v that_o the_o committee_n of_o either_o house_n appoint_v for_o that_o purpose_n respective_o shall_v receive_v the_o subscription_n of_o such_o member_n of_o each_o house_n as_o have_v not_o declare_v themselves_o in_o the_o house_n or_o be_v absent_a upon_o the_o public_a service_n or_o for_o their_o private_a occasion_n 2._o that_o the_o committee_n of_o london_n entrust_v with_o the_o militia_n shall_v receive_v the_o subscription_n in_o london_n and_o middlesex_n 3._o that_o some_o person_n nominate_v by_o the_o knight_n and_o burgess_n of_o each_o county_n and_o approve_v by_o both_o house_n
