reliance_n and_o there_o be_v a_o faith_n of_o assurance_n as_o the_o faith_n of_o assurance_n have_v a_o shall_v be_v of_o mercy_n for_o its_o bottom_n so_o a_o may_v be_v of_o mercy_n be_v a_o sufficient_a ground_n and_o bottom_n for_o the_o faith_n of_o reliance_n jonathan_n and_o his_o armor-bearer_n have_v but_o a_o may_v be_v of_o mercy_n when_o they_o go_v against_o their_o enemy_n it_o may_v be_v the_o lord_n will_v work_v for_o we_o 1_o sam._n 14.6_o yet_o they_o rely_v on_o god_n now_o though_o christ_n do_v not_o die_v for_o all_o particular_a man_n yet_o if_o he_o die_v that_o he_o will_v save_v i_o and_o by_o this_o act_n of_o reliance_n we_o grow_v up_o into_o assurance_n i_o know_v that_o he_o will_v show_v mercy_n to_o i_o by_o my_o come_n to_o he_o and_o rely_v on_o he_o for_o he_o have_v say_v whoever_o come_v unto_o i_o i_o will_v in_o no_o wise_a cast_v out_o now_o if_o my_o assurance_n be_v raise_v from_o the_o act_n of_o reliance_n than_o the_o first_o ground_n and_o bottom_n of_o the_o conclusion_n of_o my_o faith_n be_v not_o this_o general_n proposition_n christ_n die_v for_o all_o but_o this_o indefinite_a proposition_n christ_n die_v for_o sinner_n and_o if_o the_o conclusion_n of_o faith_n must_v arise_v from_o a_o general_n proposition_n then_o take_v it_o thus_o whoever_o come_v to_o christ_n and_o rely_v on_o he_o shall_v be_v save_v or_o thus_o christ_n die_v for_o all_o those_o that_o do_v come_v to_o he_o and_o rely_v on_o he_o but_o i_o come_v to_o he_o and_o rely_v on_o he_o therefore_o christ_n die_v for_o i_o and_o i_o shall_v be_v save_v by_o he_o so_o that_o thus_o now_o you_o see_v the_o want_n of_o that_o general_n proposition_n christ_n die_v for_o all_o man_n be_v no_o hindrance_n to_o the_o conclusion_n condition_n be_v such_o as_o never_o any_o one_o condition_n be_v i_o have_v converse_v with_o many_o a_o godly_a man_n and_o woman_n but_o i_o do_v not_o find_v that_o ever_o he_o or_o she_o be_v in_o such_o a_o condition_n as_o i_o be_o and_o i_o have_v read_v the_o scripture_n but_o i_o do_v not_o find_v there_o that_o ever_o any_o godly_a man_n be_v in_o such_o a_o condition_n as_o i_o be_o can_v i_o be_v but_o persuade_v that_o ever_o any_o gracious_a man_n be_v in_o the_o like_a condition_n i_o shall_v have_v hope_n and_o comfort_n but_o i_o be_o persuade_v that_o never_o any_o godly_a
