of_o christ_n yet_o all_o be_v subject_a to_o the_o power_n of_o christ_n and_o hence_o the_o psalmist_n tell_v we_o that_o his_o kingdom_n rule_v over_o all_o psal_n 103.19_o and_o that_o he_o be_v the_o king_n of_o all_o the_o earth_n psal_n 47.7_o he_o be_v king_n of_o all_o the_o place_n in_o the_o earth_n yea_o and_o of_o all_o the_o person_n in_o the_o earth_n either_o one_o way_n or_o the_o other_o either_o he_o be_v a_o gracious_a king_n to_o rule_v they_o or_o a_o powerful_a king_n to_o break_v they_o and_o thus_o his_o kingdom_n do_v already_o reach_v to_o all_o country_n and_o to_o all_o people_n but_o now_o my_o brethren_n for_o the_o second_o kingdom_n which_o we_o have_v call_v the_o kingdom_n of_o grace_n that_o be_v also_o in_o a_o sense_n to_o stretch_v and_o to_o extend_v itself_o to_o all_o place_n and_o to_o all_o people_n i_o shall_v clear_v it_o very_o brief_o 1._o it_o be_v to_o stretch_v and_o to_o extend_v itself_o to_o all_o place_n and_o to_o all_o barbarian_a but_o christ_n be_v all_o in_o all_o that_o be_v the_o jew_n be_v not_o prefer_v before_o the_o greek_a and_o neither_o of_o they_o be_v prefer_v before_o the_o scythian_a and_o that_o bring_v god_n no_o glory_n in_o the_o present_a world_n shall_v have_v no_o glory_n from_o he_o in_o the_o world_n to_o come_v the_o lord_n indeed_o will_v render_v glory_n to_o every_o man_n that_o work_v good_a and_o so_o glorifi_v he_o as_o the_o apostle_n show_v rom._n 2.10_o but_o unto_o they_o that_o be_v contentious_a and_o do_v not_o obey_v the_o truth_n but_o obey_v unrighteousness_n and_o so_o dishonour_n god_n in_o their_o life_n and_o conversation_n he_o will_v render_v nothing_o else_o but_o shame_n and_o ignominy_n and_o confusion_n they_o shall_v be_v in_o any_o of_o their_o way_n nor_o to_o bring_v he_o any_o glory_n why_o my_o belove_a how_o can_v you_o think_v now_o to_o be_v glorify_v with_o he_o jesus_n christ_n his_o own_o son_n the_o darling_n of_o his_o own_o bosom_n can_v not_o have_v glory_n with_o he_o upon_o these_o term_n he_o do_v not_o once_o so_o much_o as_o look_v for_o it_o have_v he_o not_o glorify_v his_o father_n here_o in_o this_o world_n he_o will_v not_o have_v expect_v that_o he_o shall_v have_v glorify_v he_o with_o himself_o in_o heaven_n you_o see_v he_o seek_v it_o and_o desire_v it_o only_o upon_o this_o account_n and_o what_o now_o do_v you_o think_v to_o speed_v better_o with_o the_o father_n than_o jesus_n christ_n his_o own_o son_n do_v you_o imagine_v that_o you_o shall_v have_v glory_n lord_n because_o the_o excellent_a of_o all_o other_o people_n and_o sure_o that_o must_v needs_o be_v excellent_a which_o he_o own_v and_o therefore_o let_v we_o learn_v to_o value_v they_o aright_o and_o as_o the_o lord_n in_o this_o respect_n have_v make_v they_o high_a above_o other_o as_o he_o speak_v of_o israel_n deut._n 26.18.19_o god_n have_v avouch_v thou_o to_o be_v his_o own_o peculiar_a people_n to_o make_v thou_o high_a above_o all_o nation_n so_o let_v we_o have_v a_o high_a esteem_n of_o they_o let_v we_o not_o slight_a and_o disrespect_n they_o as_o carnal_a man_n be_v apt_a to_o do_v because_o they_o have_v a_o mere_a outside_n but_o let_v we_o look_v upon_o they_o as_o the_o father_n as_o that_o which_o he_o peculiar_o own_v and_o that_o not_o as_o his_o ordinary_a stuff_n but_o as_o his_o treasure_n and_o his_o jewel_n as_o they_o be_v often_o style_v in_o the_o scripture_n and_o though_o they_o may_v be_v tread_v under_o foot_n awhile_o by_o wicked_a man_n we_o may_v be_v confident_a the_o time_n be_v come_v when_o the_o lord_n will_v make_v they_o up_o as_o it_o be_v say_v mal._n 3.17_o when_o he_o will_v make_v up_o his_o jewel_n when_o he_o will_v take_v they_o up_o out_o of_o the_o mire_n and_o wipe_v they_o clean_o from_o those_o abasure_n that_o have_v lie_v upon_o they_o to_o hide_v their_o beauty_n and_o obscure_v their_o lustre_n and_o show_v they_o in_o their_o brightness_n and_o their_o splendour_n to_o the_o world_n be_v it_o so_o that_o all_o the_o people_n of_o the_o lord_n christ_n do_v belong_v etc._n etc._n then_o let_v use_v 2_o it_o be_v their_o care_n and_o their_o endeavour_n so_o to_o walk_v and_o so_o to_o carry_v and_o behave_v themselves_o as_o a_o people_n ought_v to_o do_v who_o have_v such_o near_a relation_n both_o to_o god_n and_o christ_n both_o to_o the_o father_n and_o to_o the_o son_n and_o hence_o the_o people_n of_o the_o lord_n be_v exhort_v to_o be_v strict_a and_o to_o be_v
