best_a man_n he_o will_v fear_v and_o faint_v at_o the_o approach_n of_o death_n therefore_o will_v i_o make_v my_o prayer_n unto_o god_n in_o christ_n to_o give_v i_o strength_n and_o a_o holy_a resolution_n to_o embrace_v death_n when_o it_o shall_v come_v a_o prayer_n against_o the_o fear_n of_o death_n fit_a to_o be_v say_v at_o all_o time_n especial_o in_o sickness_n the_o prayer_n o_o lord_n my_o god_n and_o gracious_a father_n in_o jesus_n christ_n who_o have_v form_v i_o of_o the_o dust_n of_o the_o earth_n and_o by_o thy_o spirit_n make_v i_o a_o live_a soul_n in_o a_o mortal_a body_n give_v i_o grace_v continual_o to_o remember_v my_o mortality_n how_o i_o be_o bear_v to_o die_v and_o that_o after_o death_n i_o shall_v come_v to_o judgement_n yet_o have_v thou_o hide_v the_o time_n when_o the_o place_n where_o and_o the_o manner_n how_o i_o shall_v die_v from_o i_o all_o know_v to_o thou_o teach_v i_o therefore_o gracious_a father_n teach_v i_o so_o to_o number_v
