otherwise_o in_o the_o sinai_n covenant_n the_o child_n of_o israel_n come_v exceed_o short_a of_o the_o obedience_n require_v therein_o yet_o behold_v divine_a indulgence_n even_o in_o the_o bowel_n of_o that_o very_a covenant_n there_o be_v pardon_v mercy_n represent_v in_o the_o ceremonial_a law_n thus_o in_o case_n the_o priest_n the_o ruler_n and_o the_o whole_a congregation_n or_o any_o of_o without_o any_o way_n to_o be_v free_v from_o their_o sin_n for_o israel_n can_v never_o have_v answer_v the_o condition_n of_o it_o and_o so_o will_v have_v miss_v and_o come_v short_a of_o all_o the_o good_a of_o it_o and_o consequent_o this_o covenant_n for_o temporal_a blessing_n will_v have_v be_v vain_a and_o useless_a which_o be_v a_o impeachment_n to_o the_o wisdom_n of_o god_n the_o maker_n of_o it_o to_o assert_v there_o must_v therefore_o be_v grace_n in_o it_o 4._o consideration_n of_o mercy_n be_v make_v great_a inducement_n to_o the_o obedience_n of_o israel_n in_o the_o sinai_n covenant_n and_o therefore_o it_o be_v a_o administration_n of_o grace_n to_o they_o a_o covenant_n of_o work_n run_v upon_o perfect_a obedience_n as_o the_o condition_n of_o it_o urge_v
