and_o drink_v they_o god_n have_v terrible_a judgement_n in_o store_n for_o they_o such_o as_o shall_v end_v in_o endless_a despair_n and_o utter_a destruction_n upon_o the_o wicked_a he_o shall_v rain_v snare_n fire_n and_o brimstome_n and_o a_o horrible_a tempest_n this_o shall_v be_v the_o portion_n of_o their_o cup_n so_o the_o psalmist_n set_v it_o forth_o psal_n 11.6_o and_o o_o that_o this_o be_v but_o serious_o think_v of_o by_o all_o of_o this_o number_n that_o all_o profane_a and_o ungodly_a person_n will_v but_o consider_v this_o that_o amid_o their_o oath_n cup_n those_o cup_n of_o abomination_n wherewith_o they_o be_v intoxicate_v they_o will_v but_o take_v notice_n of_o this_o cup_n in_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o lord_n this_o cup_n of_o red_a wine_n his_o fierce_a wrath_n which_o be_v reserve_v for_o they_o to_o drink_v certain_o the_o very_a thought_n hereof_o be_v let_v into_o their_o soul_n it_o can_v not_o but_o fill_v they_o with_o horror_n and_o terror_n so_o do_v the_o apprehension_n of_o this_o cup_n which_o our_o bless_a saviour_n see_v come_v towards_o he_o work_n upon_o he_o it_o put_v he_o into_o a_o strange_a and_o unheard_a of_o agony_n as_o the_o story_n set_v it_o forth_o and_o certain_o such_o operation_n will_v the_o like_a apprehension_n have_v upon_o the_o most_o obdurate_a and_o obstinate_a sinner_n do_v he_o but_o serious_o think_v of_o the_o fierceness_n of_o that_o wrath_n which_o one_o day_n without_o repentance_n he_o shall_v be_v sure_a to_o feel_v it_o can_v not_o but_o work_v horror_n and_o terror_n in_o his_o soul_n now_o then_o suffer_v i_o beseech_v you_o this_o meditation_n to_o take_v place_n with_o you_o expect_v what_o wicked_a man_n must_v expect_v you_o who_o lie_v in_o a_o state_n and_o go_v on_o in_o a_o course_n of_o sin_n dare_v to_o give_v allowance_n to_o yourselves_o in_o any_o know_a evil_n what_o do_v god_n so_o severe_o punish_v those_o sin_n which_o be_v only_o impute_v to_o his_o son_n christ_n and_o so_o be_v not_o proper_o he_o save_v only_o as_o he_o be_v a_o surety_n for_o other_o how_o can_v you_o ever_o think_v that_o he_o shall_v pass_v by_o those_o sin_n which_o you_o dare_v with_o so_o high_a a_o hand_n commit_v against_o he_o it_o be_v that_o which_o the_o prophet_n jeremy_n say_v unto_o edom_n the_o edomite_n the_o posterity_n of_o esau_n jer._n 49.12_o behold_v they_o who_o judgement_n be_v not_o to_o drink_v of_o the_o cup_n have_v assure_o drunken_a and_o be_v thou_o he_o that_o shall_v go_v altogether_o unpunished_a thou_o shall_v not_o go_v unpunished_a but_o thou_o shall_v sure_o drink_v of_o it_o see_v god_n have_v not_o spare_v his_o own_o people_n his_o people_n israel_n who_o in_o regard_n of_o the_o covenant_n which_o be_v betwixt_o he_o and_o they_o may_v have_v expect_v more_o favour_n than_o other_o much_o less_o have_v those_o accurse_a edomite_n who_o have_v no_o such_o relation_n any_o reason_n to_o hope_v that_o they_o shall_v be_v spare_v and_o so_o say_v i_o here_o concern_v the_o suffering_n of_o jesus_n christ_n do_v he_o who_o judgement_n be_v not_o to_o drink_v of_o this_o cup_n drink_v it_o do_v the_o
