never_o be_v damn_v and_o if_o the_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n have_v satisfy_v divine_a justice_n as_o our_o great_a high_a priest_n then_o i_o may_v come_v with_o boldness_n unto_o the_o throne_n of_o must_v needs_o be_v christ_n for_o no_o angel_n intercede_v but_o christ_n alone_o what_o be_v the_o fruit_n of_o this_o intercession_n at_o the_o 13._o verse_n the_o lord_n answer_v the_o angel_n this_o that_o your_o name_n be_v write_v in_o heaven_n it_o be_v a_o matter_n of_o great_a joy_n to_o have_v one_o name_n write_v in_o heaven_n oh_o but_o what_o be_v it_o then_o to_o have_v one_o i_o be_v in_o hell_n itself_o but_o oh_o i_o be_o afraid_a to_o bear_v myself_o upon_o the_o intercession_n of_o jesus_n christ_n lest_o i_o shall_v presume_v this_o be_v the_o great_a objection_n and_o stand_v up_o continual_o ans_fw-fr to_o resist_v the_o comfort_n of_o god_n people_n give_v i_o leave_v therefore_o to_o deal_v with_o this_o objection_n all_o along_o and_o to_o take_v it_o come_v forth_o and_o the_o woman_n come_v forth_o tremble_v our_o lord_n and_o saviour_n christ_n do_v not_o say_v to_o this_o poor_a woman_n how_o dare_v you_o thus_o touch_v i_o how_o dare_v you_o thus_o presume_v to_o do_v it_o consider_v the_o woman_n have_v no_o command_n to_o do_v it_o no_o precept_n to_o back_v she_o the_o woman_n have_v no_o promise_n to_o engage_v she_o that_o if_o she_o do_v touch_v the_o hem_n of_o his_o garment_n she_o shall_v be_v cure_v the_o woman_n have_v no_o example_n never_o any_o before_o that_o touch_v the_o hem_n of_o his_o garment_n and_o be_v cure_v no_o commandment_n no_o promise_n no_o example_n sure_o now_o if_o any_o woman_n or_o man_n shall_v presume_v it_o shall_v be_v this_o woman_n that_o have_v no_o commandment_n nor_o no_o promise_n nor_o no_o example_n and_o yet_o the_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n do_v not_o chide_v she_o away_o do_v not_o tell_v she_o she_o have_v presume_v but_o o_o woman_n thy_o faith_n have_v save_v thou_o thy_o but_o he_o may_v go_v in_o to_o the_o mercy-seat_n of_o the_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n that_o have_v all_o the_o favour_n and_o acceptance_n in_o heaven_n he_o carry_v he_o into_o the_o mercy-seat_n not_o wicked_a man_n their_o peculiar_a temptation_n such_o as_o do_v not_o fall_v upon_o the_o child_n of_o god_n i_o be_o afraid_a that_o my_o temptation_n be_v of_o that_o rank_n and_o of_o that_o 2_o how_o do_v satan_n strike_v or_o labour_n to_o weaken_v the_o faith_n of_o assurance_n the_o assurance_n of_o god_n people_n much_o may_v be_v say_v here_o answ_n it_o be_v a_o large_a field_n i_o shall_v only_o gather_v up_o some_o few_o thing_n and_o present_v they_o to_o you_o sometime_o satan_n do_v labour_n to_o weaken_v the_o assurance_n of_o the_o saint_n by_o tell_v they_o that_o they_o have_v no_o faith_n assurance_n be_v the_o flower_n of_o faith_n it_o grow_v upon_o faith_n but_o you_o have_v no_o faith_n say_v satan_n and_o therefore_o your_o assurance_n be_v naught_o but_o how_o unreasonable_a be_v this_o temptation_n for_o observe_v i_o pray_v in_o what_o round_v satan_n go_v he_o tempt_v we_o to_o believe_v that_o we_o have_v no_o faith_n because_o we_o have_v no_o temptation_n come_v answer_v unto_o satan_n satan_n thou_o say_v i_o have_v no_o assurance_n because_o i_o have_v no_o faith_n but_o i_o have_v this_o assurance_n that_o abraham_n have_v whereby_o he_o be_v justify_v i_o believe_v god_n
you_o ask_v i_o wherein_o the_o love_n and_o care_n of_o christ_n be_v express_v unto_o his_o people_n under_o their_o temptation_n i_o answer_v answ_n 1_o first_o in_o the_o order_n of_o their_o request_n to_o winnow_v we_o and_o there_o be_v the_o son_n request_n pray_v for_o we_o now_o therefore_o see_v that_o the_o son_n have_v more_o credit_n with_o god_n the_o father_n than_o satan_n therefore_o be_v we_o assure_v that_o we_o shall_v be_v uphold_v and_o our_o faith_n shall_v not_o fail_v and_o so_o may_v you_o also_o this_o be_v matter_n of_o great_a comfort_n unto_o all_o the_o saint_n you_o will_v say_v indeed_o it_o be_v matter_n of_o great_a comfort_n quest_n but_o be_v there_o no_o duty_n that_o this_o truth_n call_v for_o at_o our_o hand_n here_o be_v much_o comfort_n but_o what_o be_v that_o duty_n that_o this_o truth_n call_v for_o much_o every_o way_n if_o i_o be_v a_o ungodly_a man_n answ_n what_o a_o mighty_a encouragement_n be_v here_o for_o to_o get_v into_o jesus_n christ_n that_o i_o may_v be_v in_o the_o number_n of_o the_o true_a disciple_n so_o long_o as_o a_o man_n be_v out_o of_o christ_n not_o a_o true_a disciple_n of_o jesus_n christ_n satan_n may_v come_v and_o tempt_v and_o do_v what_o he_o will_v with_o he_o and_o no_o christ_n by_o to_o help_v satan_n can_v not_o hurt_v or_o touch_v or_o tempt_v job_n but_o he_o must_v ask_v leave_n but_o satan_n go_v to_o the_o sabean_o and_o bring_v in_o they_o upon_o job_n estate_n and_o he_o do_v not_o ask_v leave_n for_o that_o they_o be_v in_o his_o power_n he_o rule_v in_o the_o child_n
