shall_v govern_v the_o say_v country_n and_o dominion_n in_o all_o thing_n by_o the_o advice_n of_o the_o council_n and_o according_a to_o these_o present_n and_o the_o law_n iv._o that_o the_o lord_n protector_n the_o parliament_n sit_v shall_v dispose_v and_o order_v the_o militia_n and_o force_n both_o by_o sea_n and_o land_n for_o the_o peace_n and_o good_a of_o the_o three_o nation_n by_o consent_n of_o parliament_n and_o that_o the_o lord_n protector_n with_o the_o advice_n and_o consent_n of_o the_o major_a part_n of_o the_o council_n shall_v dispose_v and_o order_v the_o militia_n for_o the_o end_n aforesaid_a in_o the_o interval_n of_o parliament_n v._o that_o the_o lord_n protector_n by_o the_o advice_n aforesaid_a shall_v direct_v in_o all_o thing_n concern_v the_o keep_n and_o hold_v of_o a_o good_a
