ever_o to_o press_v the_o apostle_n exhortation_n 2_o thess_n 2._o 1_o 2._o the_o apostle_n have_v instruct_v they_o chap._n 1_o 6_o 7_o etc._n etc._n that_o it_o be_v a_o righteous_a thing_n with_o god_n to_o recompense_v tribulation_n to_o they_o that_o trouble_v you_o and_o to_o you_o that_o be_v trouble_v rest_n with_o we_o not_o without_o we_o or_o before_o we_o those_o of_o we_o or_o of_o our_o body_n that_o survive_v must_v not_o prevent_v they_o of_o we_o that_o sleep_n nor_o shall_v any_o one_o prevent_v another_o 1_o thess_n 4._o 14_o 16_o etc._n etc._n but_o they_o shall_v come_v together_o to_o the_o installing_n and_o sit_v down_o in_o that_o rest_n which_o yet_o remain_v for_o all_o the_o people_n of_o god_n heb._n 4._o 9_o though_o the_o hie-spirited_a corinthian_n will_v be_v come_v that_o any_o of_o they_o shall_v reign_v as_o saint_n than_o they_o also_o shall_v reign_v with_o they_o but_o when_o will_v this_o righteousness_n of_o god_n come_v forth_o in_o recompense_a tribulation_n to_o they_o that_o trouble_v we_o and_o to_o all_o that_o be_v and_o have_v be_v trouble_v for_o he_o rest_v together_o it_o follow_v when_o the_o lord_n jesus_n shall_v be_v reveal_v from_o heaven_n with_o his_o mighty_a angel_n in_o flame_a fire_n take_v vengeance_n on_o they_o that_o know_v not_o god_n and_o that_o obey_v not_o the_o gospel_n of_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n who_o shall_v be_v punish_v with_o everlasting_a destruction_n from_o the_o presence●_n of_o the_o lord_n and_o from_o the_o glory_n of_o his_o power_n when_o he_o shall_v come_v to_o be_v glorify_v in_o his_o saint_n etc._n etc._n till_o then_o they_o shall_v none_o of_o they_o in_o these_o body_n sit_v down_o nor_o shall_v their_o righteousness_n shine_v forth_o till_o he_o that_o shall_v come_v do_v come_v nor_o indeed_o will_v there_o be_v any_o long_a settle_n of_o the_o kingdom_n or_o glory_n upon_o any_o sort_n of_o man_n which_o may_v be_v a_o comfort_n to_o you_o first_o chapter_n make_v use_n of_o these_o two_o thing_n there_o discourse_v of_o namely_o the_o glorious_a appear_v or_o come_v of_o our_o lord_n and_o our_o be_v gather_v together_o unto_o he_o as_o the_o ground_n of_o his_o argument_n or_o as_o motive_n for_o the_o press_v such_o a_o exhorcation_n by_o way_n of_o usefulness_n now_o we_o beseech_v you_o brethren_n by_o the_o come_n of_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n and_o by_o our_o gather_v together_o unto_o he_o that_o you_o be_v not_o soon_o shake_v in_o mind_n or_o be_v trouble_v neither_o by_o spirit_n pretence_n of_o revelation_n nor_o by_o word_n or_o letter_n as_o from_o the_o apostle_n by_o any_o doctrine_n though_o pretend_v to_o be_v draw_v from_o their_o writing_n as_o there_o will_v be_v enough_o in_o these_o latter_a day_n pretend_v to_o be_v seer_n of_o the_o vision_n of_o the_o time_n that_o will_v pervert_v thing_n hard_a to_o be_v understand_v to_o make_v they_o speak_v out_o their_o apprehension_n the_o vision_n of_o all_o as_o plain_o declare_v be_v to_o they_o and_o so_o render_v by_o they_o to_o other_o as_o a_o seal_a book_n but_o we_o be_v to_o know_v that_o the_o apostle_n have_v not_o intend_v in_o any_o of_o their_o writing_n tell_v we_o that_o the_o day_n be_v nigh_o and_o the_o like_a to_o signify_v any_o such_o thing_n to_o we_o as_o that_o the_o day_n of_o the_o lord_n be_v otherwise_o at_o hand_n then_o according_a to_o the_o instruction_n in_o the_o first_o chapter_n that_o day_n of_o render_v vegeance_n on_o they_o that_o trouble_v we_o and_o rest_n to_o the_o trouble_a be_v not_o so_o at_o hand_n as_o to_o be_v make_v in_o this_o day_n as_o some_o say_v of_o the_o resurrection_n or_o to_o come_v unto_o any_o before_o the_o lord_n be_v reveal_v from_o heaven_n with_o his_o mighty_a angel_n and_o we_o be_v all_o gather_v together_o unto_o he_o which_o two_o thing_n to_o be_v accomplish_v together_o the_o apostle_n set_v before_o we_o here_o by_o way_n of_o argument_n or_o motive_n for_o the_o press_v his_o exhortation_n signify_v to_o we_o that_o there_o be_v so_o much_o sweetness_n and_o consolation_n to_o we_o in_o they_o there_o be_v such_o glory_n and_o excellency_n in_o the_o thing_n themselves_o the_o glorious_a appearance_n of_o the_o lord_n in_o that_o personal_a body_n glorify_v in_o our_o nature_n in_o which_o he_o suffer_v for_o we_o and_o have_v through_o suffering_n obtain_v eternal_a redemption_n the_o faith_n of_o which_o though_o yet_o we_o see_v he_o not_o with_o bodily_a eye_n nor_o do_v enjoy_v such_o personal_a fellowship_n with_o he_o lead_v even_o now_o to_o rejoice_v with_o joy_n unspeakable_a and_o full_a of_o glory_n what_o will_v it_o be_v then_o to_o enjoy_v his_o personal_a presence_n and_o immediate_a fellowship_n with_o he_o and_o the_o father_n and_o the_o holy_a spirit_n and_o so_o with_o he_o in_o his_o glory_n not_o in_o his_o weakness_n or_o abasement_n as_o sometime_o some_o do_v but_o in_o that_o glory_n which_o he_o now_o actual_o possess_v in_o our_o nature_n in_o his_o own_o personal_a body_n for_o we_o even_o in_o the_o glory_n of_o his_o father_n and_o with_o his_o holy_a angel_n and_o we_o by_o that_o appearance_n to_o be_v change_v even_o in_o our_o vile_a body_n into_o the_o likeness_n of_o his_o glorious_a body_n and_o so_o make_v capable_a of_o such_o sight_n of_o he_o as_o he_o be_v and_o fellowship_n with_o he_o and_o to_o be_v all_o gather_v together_o not_o only_o moses_n and_o elias_n but_o all_o that_o sleep_n in_o jesus_n will_v god_n
