remove_v his_o dwell_n but_o these_o do_v not_o set_v up_o new_a church_n if_o a_o company_n of_o man_n who_o have_v estate_n answ_n shall_v not_o be_v satisfy_v with_o that_o ministry_n that_o belong_v to_o that_o company_n that_o now_o they_o be_v join_v with_o and_o shall_v buy_v a_o piece_n of_o ground_n close_o to_o the_o place_n where_o they_o be_v and_o build_v upon_o it_o and_o have_v leave_v of_o the_o state_n to_o make_v a_o new_a parish_n of_o those_o dwelling_n they_o build_v who_o will_v blame_v they_o for_o gather_v a_o church_n thus_o hence_o it_o be_v apparent_a only_o against_o some_o civil_a constitution_n second_o this_o thing_n in_o effect_n have_v be_v ordinary_o practise_v heretofore_o without_o any_o offence_n to_o the_o godly_a yea_o and_o be_v still_o practise_v without_o any_o complaint_n have_v it_o not_o be_v and_o be_v it_o not_o still_o ordinary_a for_o many_o not_o to_o communicate_v in_o the_o parish_n where_o they_o live_v nor_o common_o to_o hear_v there_o but_o from_o all_o part_n of_o the_o city_n to_o come_v to_o some_o parish_n where_o they_o conceive_v the_o best_a minister_n to_o be_v and_o there_o to_o hear_v and_o communicate_v and_o this_o in_o a_o constant_a way_n and_o that_o with_o allowance_n to_o the_o maintenance_n of_o such_o minister_n yea_o and_o thus_o the_o husband_n go_v one_o way_n and_o the_o wife_n another_o and_o yet_o none_o offend_v it_o may_v be_v the_o gentleman_n can_v content_v himself_o with_o his_o parish-church_n but_o his_o wife_n or_o lady_n be_v not_o satisfy_v but_o must_v go_v elsewhere_o if_o it_o be_v say_v but_o this_o be_v in_o a_o time_n when_o thing_n be_v in_o great_a confusion_n not_o so_o reform_v as_o now_o they_o be_v and_o we_o hope_v may_v further_o be_v then_o it_o be_v not_o howsoever_o simple_o unlawful_a 1._o 2._o it_o continue_v so_o still_o in_o many_o place_n of_o this_o city_n 3._o when_o you_o have_v reform_v further_o it_o may_v be_v man_n conscience_n will_v be_v further_o satisfy_v you_o may_v reform_v so_o far_o as_o you_o may_v prevent_v much_o of_o what_o you_o now_o complain_v so_o much_o of_o but_o though_o they_o come_v for_o their_o present_a relief_n yet_o they_o do_v not_o bind_v themselves_o one_o to_o another_o by_o covenant_n so_o as_o man_n now_o do_v if_o those_o who_o come_v constant_o to_o your_o ministry_n and_o sacrament_n have_v profess_v their_o willingness_n to_o join_v with_o you_o in_o all_o the_o ordinance_n of_o christ_n so_o far_o as_o they_o know_v answ_n and_o to_o walk_v according_o you_o may_v the_o more_o comfortable_o have_v administer_v ordinance_n to_o they_o but_o offensive_a to_o you_o it_o can_v not_o have_v be_v but_o their_o covenant_n bind_v they_o so_o object_n that_o they_o can_v return_v back_o again_o whatsoever_o reformation_n there_o be_v do_v you_o pray_v for_o and_o endeavour_v the_o put_n on_o reformation_n to_o the_o uttermost_a answ_n and_o then_o see_v what_o and_o be_v under_o no_o power_n no_o discipline_n of_o any_o church_n that_o they_o shall_v pick_v and_o choose_v ordinance_n and_o yet_o live_v at_o liberty_n so_o that_o if_o they_o walk_v disorderly_a no_o church_n have_v any_o power_n to_o call_v they_o to_o a_o account_n suppose_v this_o to_o be_v a_o reason_n why_o they_o admit_v not_o of_o some_o this_o be_v another_o thing_n then_o the_o judge_n of_o they_o to_o be_v heathen_n let_v i_o say_v further_o i_o know_v none_o of_o these_o congregat_v church_n either_o here_o or_o in_o other_o part_n that_o ever_o refuse_v any_o
