thereof_o seem_v unresistable_a and_o though_o on_o the_o other_o side_n our_o spiritual_a man_n seem_v never_o so_o weak_a and_o feeble_a yet_o we_o be_v not_o hereby_o to_o be_v discourage_v see_v the_o regenerate_a part_n shall_v most_o certain_o obtain_v the_o victory_n in_o the_o end_n though_o in_o the_o conflict_n it_o receive_v many_o foil_n and_o though_o this_o little_a david_n seem_v in_o the_o eye_n of_o a_o carnal_a saul_n to_o be_v far_o to_o weak_a and_o altogether_o unable_a to_o encounter_v that_o great_a goliath_n the_o flesh_n with_o the_o powerful_a lust_n thereof_o yet_o in_o the_o end_n it_o will_v most_o certain_o prevail_v and_o get_v the_o conquest_n because_o the_o spirit_n be_v the_o lord_n champion_n which_o go_v out_o in_o the_o name_n of_o the_o lord_n to_o sight_n against_o his_o enemy_n the_o flesh_n the_o devil_n soldier_n who_o be_v god_n enemy_n that_o be_v strengthen_v and_o support_v with_o the_o power_n of_o god_n which_o be_v insinit_fw-la be_v unresistable_a this_o by_o the_o power_n of_o satan_n and_o the_o world_n who_o power_n be_v finite_a and_o so_o restrain_v and_o overrule_v by_o god_n might_n that_o they_o can_v stir_v without_o his_o leave_n and_o permission_n unless_o therefore_o we_o will_v blasphemous_o imagine_v that_o the_o flesh_n and_o his_o assistant_n be_v of_o great_a power_n than_o god_n himself_o or_o that_o man_n job_n who_o he_o spare_v not_o to_o tempt_v unto_o fearful_a blasphemy_n but_o though_o we_o can_v keep_v the_o devil_n from_o assault_v we_o let_v not_o this_o discourage_v we_o hey_o rather_o of_o the_o spirit_n the_o word_n of_o god_n whereby_o we_o beat_v back_o the_o temptation_n by_o prove_v the_o wickedness_n thereof_o by_o some_o testimony_n of_o scripture_n according_a to_o our_o saviour_n example_n and_o partly_o by_o lift_v up_o our_o mind_n unto_o god_n in_o prayer_n desire_v strength_n to_o withstand_v the_o temptation_n second_o we_o must_v take_v heed_n that_o we_o do_v not_o revolve_v the_o temptation_n in_o our_o mind_n but_o present_o repel_v it_o lest_o these_o hellish_a spark_n take_v hold_v of_o the_o tinder_n of_o our_o corruption_n do_v at_o length_n inflame_v we_o with_o horrible_a wickedness_n which_o at_o their_o first_o fall_v might_n easy_o have_v be_v extinguish_v and_o if_o we_o thus_o speedy_o repel_v these_o horrible_a blasphemy_n suggest_v by_o satan_n they_o shall_v never_o be_v impute_v unto_o we_o but_o unto_o he_o from_o who_o they_o proceed_v and_o that_o both_o in_o respect_n of_o the_o fault_n and_o punishment_n chap._n call_v justify_v and_o sanctify_a yet_o satan_n will_v not_o give_v he_o over_o but_o labour_v to_o persuade_v he_o that_o notwithstanding_o all_o this_o he_o may_v final_o fall_v away_o and_o become_v a_o reprobate_n let_v it_o be_v grant_v will_n he_o say_v that_o thy_o state_n now_o be_v such_o as_o thou_o suppose_v yet_o thou_o be_v in_o no_o safety_n neither_o can_v thou_o promise_v
