god_n therefore_o work_v both_o way_n he_o raise_v up_o with_o the_o word_n and_o promise_n and_o deliver_v out_o of_o trouble_n and_o affliction_n by_o the_o execution_n of_o the_o deed_n that_o according_a to_o the_o say_n of_o saint_n paul_n the_o tentation_n shall_v not_o be_v above_o our_o strength_n but_o shall_v have_v a_o end_n and_o we_o learn_v by_o our_o own_o experience_n that_o the_o first_o commandment_n i_o be_o the_o lord_n thy_o god_n be_v most_o certain_a and_o infailable_a therefore_o when_o he_o say_v lest_o the_o just_a shall_v turn_v away_o from_o god_n and_o fall_n my_o opinion_n they_o go_v near_o to_o the_o sense_n and_o true_a meaning_n of_o the_o psalm_n which_o do_v refer_v it_o to_o that_o great_a and_o general_a captivity_n of_o mankind_n under_o sin_n and_o the_o devil_n and_o to_o the_o redemption_n purchase_v by_o the_o death_n and_o bloodshedding_n of_o christ_n and_o publish_v in_o the_o gospel_n for_o this_o kind_n of_o speech_n which_o the_o prophet_n use_v here_o be_v of_o great_a importance_n then_o that_o it_o may_v be_v apply_v only_o to_o these_o particular_a captivity_n for_o what_o great_a matter_n be_v it_o for_o these_o people_n of_o the_o jew_n be_v as_o it_o be_v a_o little_a handful_n to_o be_v deliver_v out_o of_o temporal_a captivity_n in_o comparison_n of_o the_o exceed_a &_o incomparable_a deliverance_n whereby_o
