overcome_v all_o his_o enemy_n c._n for_o there_o shall_v be_v no_o such_o manner_n of_o shout_v cry_n and_o tumult_n about_o his_o kingdom_n as_o be_v in_o the_o world_n neither_o shall_v his_o kingdom_n consist_v of_o pomp_n and_o violence_n but_o it_o shall_v be_v humble_a and_o base_a in_o the_o sight_n of_o the_o world_n yea_o by_o this_o place_n the_o euamgeliste_n show_v that_o christ_n shall_v not_o reign_v violent_o constrayninge_v man_n with_o force_n to_o be_v subject_n unto_o he_o but_o rather_o meek_o with_o long_a sufferance_n forbear_v all_o man_n 20_o a_o brouse_v reed_n shall_v he_o not_o break_v and_o smoke_v flax_n shall_v he_o not_o quench_v till_o he_o send_v forth_o judgement_n unto_o victory_n a_o brouse_v reed_n m._n by_o these_o two_o say_n the_o and_o clemency_n of_o christ_n may_v be_v amiable_a unto_o we_o which_o be_v despise_v in_o the_o world_n and_o true_o the_o foolishness_n of_o man_n be_v to_o be_v marvel_v at_o that_o they_o

the_o evangelist_n we_o may_v read_v in_o the_o prophet_n more_o namely_o when_o he_o say_v that_o he_o be_v righteous_a and_o a_o saviour_n christ_n be_v here_o say_a to_o be_v righteous_a because_o of_o the_o righteousness_n wherewith_o he_o be_v say_v to_o justify_v we_o and_o not_o of_o that_o whereby_o he_o judge_v us._n for_o all_o those_o thing_n which_o the_o scripture_n attribute_v to_o god_n and_o crist_n our_o saviour_n aught_o to_o be_v refer_v unto_o we_o he_o come_v therefore_o righteous_a unto_o thou_o that_o be_v he_o come_v to_o justify_v thou_o by_o his_o grace_n only_o be_v not_o ignorant_a of_o thy_o unrighteousness_n and_o that_o thou_o may_v be_v make_v righteous_a thou_o have_v no_o need_n of_o any_o thing_n that_o pertain_v unto_o thou_o but_o of_o his_o grace_n of_o his_o goodness_n and_o liberality_n that_o thou_o may_v by_o he_o alone_o obtain_v righteousness_n in_o this_o sense_n the_o apostel_n paul_n use_v these_o word_n when_o he_o say_v christ_n be_v the_o obteyner_n of_o mercy_n through_o faith_n by_o the_o mean_n of_o his_o blood_n to_o declare_v his_o righteousness_n in_o that_o he_o forgive_v the_o sin_n that_o be_v paste_n â—…_n which_o god_n
