confusion_n into_o order_n god_n will_v certain_o reform_v government_n that_o be_v the_o principal_a instrumental_a way_n of_o reformation_n so_o then_o when_o god_n foretell_v that_o the_o babel_n of_o confusion_n shall_v fall_v this_o be_v a_o principal_a part_n of_o the_o meaning_n namely_o that_o corrupt_a governor_n must_v fall_v with_o or_o before_o it_o time_n bid_v i_o forbear_v to_o
