covenant_n of_o faith_n but_o the_o school-mastership_n of_o the_o law_n be_v by_o the_o apostle_n plain_o oppose_v and_o contradistinguish_v unto_o the_o covenant_n of_o faith_n as_o quite_o another_o thing_n gal._n 3._o 23_o 24_o 25._o therefore_o it_o can_v not_o be_v a_o covenant_n of_o faith_n five_o that_o covenant_n the_o righteousness_n whereof_o be_v oppose_v to_o the_o righteousness_n of_o faith_n can_v be_v a_o covenant_n of_o faith_n but_o the_o righteousness_n of_o the_o law_n be_v plain_o by_o the_o apostle_n oppose_v to_o the_o righteousness_n of_o faith_n rom._n 10._o 5_o 6_o etc._n etc._n therefore_o it_o can_v not_o be_v a_o covenant_n of_o faith_n six_o that_o covenant_n that_o can_v never_o justify_v any_o that_o be_v under_o it_o can_v never_o be_v a_o covenant_n of_o faith_n for_o be_v justify_v by_o faith_n we_o have_v peace_n with_o god_n through_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n rom._n 5._o 1._o but_o the_o scripture_n do_v express_o testify_v that_o by_o the_o deed_n of_o the_o law_n there_o shall_v no_o flesh_n be_v justify_v in_o his_o sight_n rom._n 3._o 20._o therefore_o that_o covenant_n can_v never_o be_v a_o covenant_n of_o faith_n seven_o that_o covenant_n under_o which_o though_o many_o be_v justify_v yet_o none_o be_v ever_o justify_v by_o it_o or_o by_o virtue_n of_o it_o can_v never_o be_v a_o covenant_n of_o faith_n but_o such_o be_v the_o nature_n of_o the_o law_n that_o though_o many_o be_v justify_v under_o it_o yet_o none_o be_v ever_o justify_v by_o it_o or_o by_o virtue_n of_o it_o rom._n 3._o 20._o therefore_o that_o covenant_n can_v never_o be_v a_o covenant_n of_o faith_n eight_o that_o covenant_n that_o say_v do_v this_o and_o live_v or_o that_o the_o man_n that_o do_v these_o thing_n shall_v live_v by_o they_o can_v possible_o be_v a_o covenant_n of_o gospel-grace_n but_o of_o work_n since_o the_o apostle_n inform_v we_o that_o to_o he_o that_o work_v be_v the_o reward_n reckon_v not_o of_o grace_n but_o of_o debt_n rom._n 4._o 4._o but_o the_o same_o apostle_n do_v express_o tell_v we_o that_o moses_n describe_v the_o righteousness_n of_o the_o law_n that_o the_o man_n which_o do_v
