the_o king_n of_o babylon_n and_o to_o seek_v the_o peace_n of_o that_o city_n whether_o they_o be_v carry_v captive_a how_o much_o more_o shall_v we_o pray_v for_o our_o own_o king_n and_o seek_v the_o peace_n of_o our_o native_a country_n four_o to_o pay_v tribute_n without_o murmur_v proportionable_o to_o our_o estate_n most_o man_n mistake_v the_o liberty_n of_o the_o subject_a which_o be_v eloquence_n pray_v most_o by_o the_o spirit_n nor_o he_o that_o have_v the_o mean_a gift_n of_o elocution_n pray_v least_o with_o the_o spirit_n we_o may_v instance_n in_o moses_n and_o aaron_n the_o one_o of_o a_o stammer_a tongue_n the_o other_z god_n give_v he_o this_o testimony_n that_o he_o can_v speak_v well_o yet_o in_o the_o famous_a fight_n between_o israel_n and_o ameleck_n god_n make_v use_v by_o our_o saviour_n christ_n if_o it_o be_v say_v the_o lord_n prayer_n be_v a_o pattern_n to_o frame_v our_o prayer_n by_o rather_o than_o a_o prayer_n itself_o my_o answer_n be_v as_o some_o weight_n and_o measure_n which_o be_v so_o exact_a in_o their_o kind_n be_v keep_v as_o standard_n to_o make_v other_o weight_n and_o measure_n by_o do_v not_o lose_v the_o nature_n of_o weight_n a_o new_a stile_n or_o a_o new_a trope_n or_o a_o new_a figure_n or_o a_o new_a flourish_n every_o time_n more_o than_o other_o we_o have_v not_o the_o spirit_n of_o prayer_n nor_o shall_v be_v except_v every_o good_a christian_n be_v not_o able_a to_o conceive_v a_o prayer_n many_o have_v weak_a capacity_n to_o conceive_v they_o want_v order_n and_o method_n to_o compose_v they_o yet_o even_o these_o if_o they_o meet_v with_o a_o prayer_n frame_v to_o their_o hand_n can_v pray_v fervent_o and_o hearty_o a_o set_a form_n must_v needs_o be_v a_o great_a help_n to_o those_o that_o be_v weak_a and_o yet_o willing_a to_o pray_v nay_o even_o they_o that_o be_v strong_a ought_v not_o to_o despise_v they_o for_o prayer_n in_o public_a be_v bound_v by_o authority_n to_o pass_v over_o those_o bound_n then_o must_v needs_o be_v offensive_a to_o that_o authority_n that_o prescribe_v those_o bound_n if_o any_o do_v they_o foment_n as_o it_o be_v a_o worship_n distinct_a and_o apart_o
