with_o the_o worship_n in_o the_o time_n of_o the_o law_n so_o the_o four_o commandment_n require_v that_o we_o shall_v keep_v holy_a the_o sabbath_n day_n the_o express_a letter_n of_o the_o commandment_n be_v to_o sanctify_v the_o seven_o day_n from_o the_o creation_n now_o that_o we_o shall_v keep_v the_o first_o day_n of_o the_o week_n for_o the_o sabbath_n under_o the_o gospel_n this_o be_v not_o express_v in_o the_o four_o commandment_n yet_o it_o be_v implicit_o require_v namely_o that_o we_o shall_v keep_v holy_a that_o seven_o day_n that_o god_n have_v appoint_v or_o shall_v appoint_v if_o god_n do_v change_v the_o seven_o day_n to_o the_o first_o day_n of_o the_o week_n still_o by_o virtue_n of_o the_o four_o commandment_n we_o be_v bind_v to_o sanctify_v and_o celebrate_v the_o first_o day_n of_o the_o week_n for_o the_o sabbath_n so_o now_o in_o this_o case_n though_o the_o first_o commandment_n do_v not_o express_o require_v our_o faith_n in_o christ_n yet_o implicity_n we_o be_v bind_v by_o virtue_n of_o that_o commandment_n to_o yield_v obedience_n of_o faith_n to_o whatever_o god_n shall_v reveal_v or_o make_v know_v to_o we_o or_o command_v we_o to_o believe_v any_o time_n afterward_o so_o that_o now_o if_o our_o believe_v on_o christ_n be_v require_v in_o the_o first_o commandment_n than_o unbelief_n be_v a_o transgression_n of_o the_o first_o commandment_n and_o so_o a_o sin_n this_o be_v the_o first_o demonstration_n 2._o it_o appear_v to_o be_v a_o sin_n namely_o because_o not_o believe_v on_o christ_n be_v a_o transgression_n of_o the_o commandment_n of_o the_o gospel_n not_o only_o a_o transgression_n of_o the_o first_o table_n of_o the_o law_n but_o it_o be_v a_o transgression_n of_o the_o great_a commandment_n of_o the_o gospel_n brethren_n the_o gospel_n be_v a_o law_n it_o be_v call_v the_o law_n of_o faith_n rom._n 2.27_o where_o then_o be_v boast_v it_o be_v exclude_v by_o what_o law_n of_o work_n nay_o but_o by_o the_o law_n of_o faith_n what_o be_v that_o that_o be_v the_o gospel_n the_o gospel_n be_v the_o law_n of_o faith_n wherein_o god_n require_v our_o faith_n and_o believe_v on_o christ_n and_o therefore_o faith_n be_v call_v the_o obedience_n of_o faith_n rom._n 16.26_o but_o now_o be_v it_o make_v manifest_a by_o the_o scripture_n of_o the_o prophet_n according_a to_o the_o commandment_n of_o the_o everlasting_a god_n make_v know_v to_o all_o nation_n for_o the_o obedience_n of_o faith_n that_o be_v that_o the_o nation_n shall_v believe_v on_o christ_n and_o so_o yield_v obedience_n to_o the_o gospel_n by_o believe_v it_o be_v the_o command_n of_o the_o gospel_n therefore_o now_o not_o believe_v on_o christ_n be_v a_o transgression_n of_o a_o gospel_n command_n where_o do_v the_o gospel_n command_v our_o believe_v on_o christ_n express_o why_o every_o where_o to_o name_v but_o a_o place_n or_o two_o john_n 6.29_o say_v christ_n this_o be_v the_o work_n of_o god_n that_o you_o believe_v on_o he_o who_o he_o have_v send_v this_o be_v the_o work_n of_o god_n not_o only_o the_o work_n that_o god_n work_v in_o we_o that_o be_v not_o the_o meaning_n of_o the_o it_o be_v a_o sin_n that_o be_v the_o second_o demonstration_n 3._o not_o believe_v on_o christ_n appear_v to_o be_v a_o sin_n though_o we_o make_v nothing_o of_o it_o because_o god_n do_v inflict_v unbelief_n so_o heb._n 3.17_o 18_o 19_o say_v the_o apostle_n there_o but_o with_o who_o be_v he_o grieve_v forty_o year_n be_v it_o not_o with_o they_o that_o have_v sin_v why_o what_o be_v their_o it_o be_v great_a than_o all_o these_o sin_n put_v they_o all_o together_o and_o methinks_v christ_n here_o in_o the_o text_n express_v and_o make_v mention_n of_o this_o one_o sin_n above_o all_o other_o sin_n that_o the_o spirit_n shall_v convince_v the_o world_n of_o do_v evidence_n the_o greatness_n of_o this_o sin_n when_o christ_n say_v he_o shall_v convince_v the_o world_n of_o sin_n he_o do_v not_o say_v he_o shall_v convince_v the_o world_n of_o murder_n or_o adultery_n or_o sodomy_n or_o blasphemy_n but_o of_o unbelief_n he_o only_o mention_n this_o to_o imply_v that_o this_o be_v the_o most_o provoke_a sin_n of_o all_o and_o so_o christ_n speak_v john_n 15.22_o if_o i_o have_v not_o come_v and_o speak_v to_o they_o they_o have_v not_o have_v sin_n they_o have_v have_v no_o guilt_n of_o sin_n at_o all_o in_o comparison_n of_o this_o sin_n of_o unbelief_n if_o christ_n have_v not_o come_v and_o preach_v the_o gospel_n to_o they_o they_o have_v not_o have_v sin_n that_o be_v no_o guilt_n at_o all_o in_o comparison_n of_o this_o guilt_n of_o not_o believe_v on_o christ_n this_o be_v the_o sin_n of_o all_o sin_n this_o not_o believe_v on_o christ_n when_o he_o be_v preach_v and_o set_v forth_o and_o how_o do_v that_o appear_v to_o make_v it_o a_o little_a out_o that_o not_o believe_v on_o christ_n when_o the_o gospel_n be_v preach_v and_o christ_n be_v tender_v and_o hold_v forth_o that_o now_o not_o to_o believe_v on_o christ_n be_v a_o very_a great_a and_o special_a sin_n one_o of_o the_o great_a of_o all_o other_o sin_n though_o for_o the_o generality_n those_o that_o do_v look_v upon_o unbelief_n as_o a_o sin_n yet_o they_o look_v upon_o it_o but_o as_o a_o small_a matter_n and_o they_o be_v but_o little_o humble_v for_o the_o sin_n of_o unbelief_n they_o can_v be_v humble_v for_o other_o sin_n and_o acknowledge_v other_o sin_n but_o as_o for_o this_o sin_n of_o unbelief_n it_o be_v very_o rare_o lay_v to_o heart_n in_o any_o manner_n as_o it_o ought_v to_o be_v because_o people_n do_v not_o look_v at_o this_o sin_n of_o unbelief_n as_o the_o great_a sin_n as_o the_o sin_n above_o all_o other_o sin_n now_o a_o little_a to_o demonstrate_v this_o that_o if_o the_o lord_n please_v by_o his_o spirit_n to_o go_v along_o and_o concur_v with_o it_o we_o may_v be_v convince_v of_o the_o greatness_n of_o this_o sin_n or_o else_o it_o be_v not_o all_o i_o can_v say_v can_v convince_v we_o of_o the_o greatness_n of_o this_o sin_n 1._o it_o appear_v from_o hence_o that_o the_o sin_n of_o unbelief_n be_v a_o great_a sin_n that_o obey_v not_o the_o gospel_n he_o do_v not_o say_v to_o render_v vengeance_n upon_o they_o that_o be_v adulterous_a or_o unclean_a though_o he_o will_v render_v vengeance_n to_o they_o but_o father_n for_o this_o end_n to_o give_v out_o to_o other_o to_o communicate_v from_o his_o fullness_n we_o have_v all_o receive_a grace_n for_o grace_n he_o be_v full_a of_o grace_n and_o truth_n ay_o but_o to_o what_o end_n be_v he_o full_a of_o grace_n and_o truth_n that_o we_o may_v receive_v from_o his_o fullness_n grace_n for_o grace_n and_o therefore_o say_v the_o psalmist_n when_o he_o ascend_v on_o high_a he_o lead_v captivity_n captive_a and_o receive_v gift_n for_o man_n even_o for_o the_o rebellious_a he_o receive_v they_o for_o man_n for_o rebellious_a man_n for_o enemy_n unto_o god_n to_o give_v out_o and_o communicate_v of_o grace_n as_o he_o be_v mediator_n and_o therefore_o now_o jesus_n christ_n give_v out_o grace_v free_o and_o large_o because_o it_o be_v for_o that_o very_a end_n he_o have_v all_o fullness_n give_v to_o he_o so_o that_o now_o there_o be_v a_o full_a supply_n to_o be_v have_v for_o all_o that_o come_v to_o christ_n christ_n will_v full_o this_o truth_n that_o he_o be_v the_o fullness_n of_o all_o grace_n that_o so_o we_o may_v know_v whether_o to_o go_v to_o be_v supply_v in_o all_o our_o spiritual_a want_n for_o we_o be_v ready_a to_o go_v to_o other_o thing_n rather_o than_o to_o christ_n to_o our_o prayer_n and_o duty_n and_o the_o like_a but_o these_o be_v to_o be_v use_v only_o as_o conduit_n to_o convey_v suppply_n to_o we_o but_o not_o as_o the_o supply_n but_o to_o look_v unto_o christ_n who_o have_v all_o supply_n that_o we_o may_v go_v unto_o he_o to_o supply_v we_o who_o only_o be_v able_a to_o supply_v we_o and_o fill_v we_o to_o the_o full_a with_o all_o grace_n whatsoever_o we_o stand_v in_o need_n of_o and_o then_o again_o we_o shall_v not_o only_o have_v a_o full_a supply_n but_o we_o shall_v have_v a_o supply_n free_o christ_n will_v not_o ask_v any_o thing_n at_o all_o of_o any_o that_o come_v to_o he_o but_o they_o shall_v be_v supply_v free_o from_o his_o fullness_n as_o if_o you_o shall_v or_o without_o price_n so_o it_o be_v here_o when_o we_o be_v sensible_a of_o our_o own_o unworthiness_n and_o have_v nothing_o to_o carry_v and_o nothing_o to_o give_v no_o money_n nor_o no_o price_n to_o carry_v in_o our_o hand_n yet_o may_v we_o come_v to_o christ_n for_o he_o be_v a_o full_a fountain_n and_o give_v out_o the_o water_n of_o life_n free_o i_o shall_v demonstrate_v that_o jesus_n christ_n do_v give_v out_o free_o as_o well_o as_o full_o not_o only_o full_o but_o also_o free_o to_o all_o that_o do_v come_v unto_o he_o for_o this_o water_n of_o life_n that_o so_o we_o may_v be_v establish_v in_o this_o truth_n 1._o because_o if_o it_o be_v not_o so_o there_o be_v no_o creature_n neither_o man_n nor_o woman_n can_v ever_o come_v to_o drink_v of_o this_o water_n if_o it_o be_v not_o free_a as_o well_o as_o full_a for_o no_o sinful_a creature_n have_v any_o thing_n to_o give_v that_o be_v worth_a one_o drop_n of_o this_o water_n of_o life_n it_o have_v no_o ability_n to_o give_v any_o thing_n and_o therefore_o if_o it_o be_v not_o free_v none_o shall_v partake_v of_o it_o who_o have_v first_o give_v unto_o the_o lord_n and_o it_o shall_v be_v recompense_v he_o who_o
