thing_n as_o can_v otherwise_o be_v agree_v and_o end_v be_v at_o the_o last_o bring_v unto_o they_o and_o end_v by_o their_o authority_n and_o judgement_n and_o if_o there_o shall_v be_v any_o off_o so_o desperate_a boldness_n that_o shall_v despise_v the_o authority_n off_o this_o assembly_n off_o elder_n our_o saviour_n christ_n pronounce_v he_o to_o he_o as_o a_o ethnik_n or_o a_o publican_n assure_v such_o a_o one_o that_o his_o stubbornness_n and_o rebellion_n shall_v not_o escape_v unpunished_a wherefore_o he_o grant_v unto_o they_o chief_a authority_n accord_v to_o his_o word_n to_o forgive_v or_o retain_v sin_n which_o the_o doctor_n off_o the_o church_n be_v wont_a to_o call_v the_o key_n off_o heaven_n because_o that_o heaven_n be_v in_o a_o manner_n set_v open_a for_o they_o to_o enter_v into_o who_o they_o have_v thus_o accord_v to_o god_n his_o word_n forgive_v there_o sin_n as_o contrariwise_o it_o be_v shut_v and_o bar_v against_o they_o who_o sin_n they_o do_v
