or_o reason_n so_o do_v child_n they_o believe_v what_o be_v tell_v they_o what_o be_v promise_v they_o special_o if_o it_o be_v by_o their_o parent_n therein_o as_o i_o may_v say_v make_v more_o use_n of_o their_o belief_n than_o their_o reason_n and_o this_o must_v christian_n do_v in_o apprehend_v heavenly_a mystery_n they_o must_v captivate_v sense_n and_o reason_n bring_v they_o both_o to_o the_o obedience_n of_o faith_n yield_v a_o absolute_a and_o universal_a both_o credence_n and_o obedience_n unto_o god_n in_o what_o ever_o he_o shall_v make_v know_v to_o they_o to_o be_v according_a to_o his_o will_n in_o all_o these_o beside_o many_o other_o quality_n for_o the_o argument_n be_v very_o fruitful_a will_v we_o follow_v it_o so_o far_o as_o we_o may_v ought_v ourselves_o inquire_v whether_o we_o be_v all_o like_a child_n in_o all_o the_o forename_a particular_n viz._n without_o malice_n as_o child_n without_o guile_n as_o child_n hand-guile_n tongue-guile_n heart-guile_n without_o pride_n as_o child_n innocent_a and_o harmless_a as_o child_n apt_a and_o ready_a to_o forgive_v and_o forget_v injury_n as_o child_n ready_a to_o pour_v forth_o cry_n and_o tear_n into_o the_o bosom_n of_o our_o father_n as_o child_n as_o ready_a to_o yield_v obedience_n to_o our_o heavenly_a father_n as_o child_n to_o their_o natural_a parent_n be_v we_o such_o o_o that_o every_o of_o our_o heart_n can_v now_o echo_n back_o again_o and_o say_v such_o we_o be_v such_o in_o our_o measure_n such_o at_o least_o in_o unfeigned_a desire_n and_o serious_a endeavour_n but_o alas_o be_v it_o not_o far_o otherwise_o with_o some_o among_o we_o be_v there_o not_o some_o who_o heart_n be_v full_o fraught_v with_o rancour_n malice_n envy_n their_o heart_n hand_n tongue_n full_a of_o guile_n full_a of_o deceitfulness_n full_a of_o hypocrisy_n be_v there_o not_o a_o spirit_n of_o pride_n in_o some_o of_o we_o fill_v their_o heart_n with_o ambitious_a vainglorious_a thought_n make_v they_o think_v high_o of_o themselves_o and_o mean_o of_o other_o puff_v they_o up_o and_o exalt_v they_o above_o measure_n be_v there_o not_o in_o some_o of_o we_o a_o spirit_n of_o discontent_n so_o as_o we_o be_v not_o content_v with_o god_n dispensation_n and_o deal_n but_o upon_o all_o occasion_n if_o
usual_o do_v whether_o infant_n may_v be_v save_v by_o their_o parent_n faith_n or_o no_o it_o be_v disputable_a but_o as_o for_o we_o it_o be_v out_o of_o doubt_n it_o be_v our_o own_o faith_n must_v benefit_v we_o even_o as_o it_o be_v with_o a_o child_n in_o the_o womb_n and_o out_o of_o it_o in_o the_o womb_n it_o be_v nourish_v by_o the_o meat_n which_o the_o mother_n eat_v but_o not_o so_o out_o of_o the_o womb_n than_o it_o must_v live_v by_o the_o meat_n which_o itself_o eat_v whether_o it_o be_v so_o with_o child_n in_o their_o infancy_n whether_o they_o they_o live_v by_o the_o faith_n of_o their_o parent_n it_o be_v a_o question_n which_o i_o will_v not_o peremptory_o dedetermine_v i_o know_v it_o be_v the_o opinion_n of_o the_o ancient_a church_n but_o afterward_o when_o
