bear_v witness_n unto_o he_o and_o every_o knee_n to_o bow_v to_o he_o because_o he_o break_v the_o jaw_n of_o the_o wicked_a and_o pluck_v the_o prey_n out_o of_o his_o tooth_n without_o this_o execute_n vengeance_n when_o ruler_n be_v cool_a and_o indifferent_a and_o connive_v at_o open_a sin_n it_o must_v create_v a_o suspicion_n in_o other_o that_o they_o be_v ready_a to_o countenance_v they_o man_n can_v hardly_o forbear_v to_o entertain_v low_a and_o dishonourable_a thought_n of_o that_o governor_n when_o they_o see_v he_o take_v no_o vengeance_n upon_o the_o open_a transgressor_n
