or_o the_o word_n of_o the_o lord_n if_o it_o be_v any_o thing_n but_o the_o word_n of_o the_o lord_n that_o make_v you_o to_o hope_n your_o hope_n will_v not_o hold_v examine_v also_o upon_o what_o ground_n your_o hope_n be_v cast_v be_v it_o cast_v upon_o the_o arm_n of_o flesh_n or_o upon_o the_o arm_n of_o the_o lord_n whatever_o hope_n be_v cast_v upon_o the_o arm_n of_o flesh_n will_v not_o hold_v examine_v also_o whether_o your_o hope_n be_v cast_v upon_o the_o free_a grace_n of_o god_n or_o upon_o the_o thing_n of_o the_o world_n your_o prosperity_n in_o the_o world_n there_o be_v thousand_o in_o the_o world_n that_o cast_v the_o anchor_n of_o their_o hope_n upon_o the_o mammon_n of_o this_o world_n because_o god_n have_v prosper_v they_o in_o the_o world_n and_o give_v they_o abundance_n of_o these_o outward_a good_a thing_n therefore_o they_o hope_v that_o god_n love_v they_o and_o will_v give_v they_o another_o world_n but_o if_o your_o anchor_n of_o hope_n be_v cast_v upon_o your_o gold_n or_o your_o great_a estate_n and_o not-upon_a the_o free_a grace_n of_o god_n it_o will_v deceive_v you_o upon_o whatsoever_o it_o be_v cast_v beside_o god_n and_o christ_n it_o will_v not_o hold_v if_o it_o be_v cast_v upon_o your_o duty_n your_o desire_n and_o good_a meaning_n and_o endeavour_n your_o prayer_n and_o tear_n your_o charity_n if_o the_o anchor_n of_o your_o hope_n be_v cast_v upon_o these_o it_o will_v not_o hold_v yea_o if_o it_o be_v cast_v upon_o your_o grace_n your_o hope_n will_v not_o hold_v for_o whatsoever_o be_v make_v the_o ground_n of_o hope_n beside_o christ_n be_v the_o arm_n of_o flesh_n even_o grace_n and_o the_o act_n of_o grace_n in_o the_o soul_n they_o become_v flesh_n if_o make_v the_o ground_n of_o our_o hope_n now_o i_o beseech_v you_o look_v to_o your_o hope_n for_o certain_o the_o hope_n of_o most_o man_n be_v not_o of_o the_o right_a stamp_n whatever_o they_o pretend_v how_o do_v many_o deceive_v themselves_o god_n be_v not_o in_o all_o their_o thought_n nor_o in_o any_o of_o their_o way_n and_o yet_o have_v hope_n towards_o god_n you_o say_v you_o have_v hope_n in_o god_n and_o yet_o your_o hope_n do_v not_o purify_v your_o heart_n but_o as_o wicked_a as_o ever_o walk_v in_o the_o way_n
