ouer vs. To raigne to rule and to haue dominion is a common speech or phrase that is vsed for them that haue gotten the vpper hand the masterie and the authoritie to commaund others Difficultie or Contradiction Is when one place crosseth another by a contrarie letter or sence thus The male in whome the fore-skin is not circumcised shall be cut off from the people Gen. 17.
