god_n do_v bear_v a_o everlasting_a love_n and_o so_o such_o of_o we_o be_v give_v by_o the_o father_n to_o christ_n to_o be_v redeem_v out_o of_o that_o miserable_a condition_n obj._n but_o you_o will_v say_v christ_n intend_v all_o this_o for_o believer_n and_o they_o be_v none_o but_o believer_n that_o shall_v have_v the_o good_a of_o what_o christ_n have_v do_v ans_fw-fr that_o be_v very_o sure_a he_o that_o believe_v shall_v be_v save_v and_o he_o that_o believe_v not_o shall_v be_v damn_v in_o respect_n of_o what_o they_o be_v to_o be_v afterward_o so_o it_o be_v none_o but_o before_o but_o he_o be_v to_o have_v this_o relation_n to_o he_o from_o all_o eternity_n we_o can_v express_v the_o manner_n of_o it_o it_o be_v such_o a_o glorious_a mystery_n well_o now_o who_o can_v this_o be_v but_o christ_n the_o saint_n they_o do_v not_o claim_v their_o sonship_n this_o way_n though_o they_o be_v call_v son_n and_o wonder_v at_o it_o that_o they_o shall_v 1_o joh._n 3._o answer_v of_o one_o question_n that_o may_v profitable_o be_v propound_v here_o which_o be_v this_o quest_n whether_o our_o redemption_n be_v so_o to_o be_v appropriate_v to_o christ_n the_o second_o person_n in_o the_o godhead_n as_o that_o the_o other_o person_n namely_o the_o father_n and_o the_o holy_a ghost_n have_v nothing_o or_o have_v nothing_o to_o do_v in_o it_o answ_n 1._o our_o freedom_n come_v in_o some_o respect_n from_o the_o father_n and_o the_o holy_a ghost_n as_o well_o as_o from_o the_o son_n or_o from_o all_o the_o three_o person_n joint_o 2._o in_o other_o respect_n it_o come_v from_o christ_n personal_o and_o peculiar_o so_o as_o that_o in_o some_o sense_n he_o be_v and_o must_v be_v look_v upon_o as_o more_o immediate_o our_o redeemer_n i_o will_v open_v these_o two_o thing_n a_o little_a 1._o our_o freedom_n come_v from_o all_o the_o three_o person_n that_o it_o come_v from_o christ_n you_o know_v that_o be_v the_o whole_a business_n of_o this_o 4_o branch_n of_o the_o doctrine_n and_o much_o have_v be_v speak_v to_o it_o already_o but_o now_o for_o the_o father_n and_o the_o holy_a ghost_n they_o be_v also_o concern_v in_o this_o freedom_n for_o the_o father_n see_v that_o place_n col._n 1._o 12_o 23._o give_v thanks_o unto_o the_o father_n who_o have_v deliver_v we_o from_o the_o power_n of_o darkness_n etc._n etc._n and_o for_o the_o holy_a ghost_n you_o read_v 2_o cor._n 3._o 17._o that_o where_o he_o come_v into_o the_o heart_n he_o bring_v liberty_n with_o he_o so_o that_o the_o give_v of_o this_o freedom_n be_v in_o some_o respect_n the_o joint_a work_n of_o all_o the_o person_n i_o shall_v show_v you_o what_o you_o be_v to_o gather_v from_o this_o by_o and_o by_o that_o they_o all_o have_v a_o hand_n in_o it_o but_o first_o i_o will_v show_v you_o what_o hand_n the_o father_n and_o the_o holy_a ghost_n have_v in_o conjunction_n with_o jesus_n christ_n about_o this_o freedom_n and_o then_o how_o christ_n as_o i_o say_v be_v more_o personal_o and_o peculiar_o concern_v in_o it_o for_o god_n the_o father_n i_o shall_v give_v you_o five_o thing_n for_o his_o have_v a_o hand_n in_o this_o work_n 1._o he_o do_v appoint_v design_n and_o choose_v the_o son_n to_o be_v our_o redeemer_n he_o do_v in_o his_o infinite_a wisdom_n and_o goodness_n contrive_v the_o way_n for_o the_o bring_n of_o those_o that_o shall_v believe_v out_o of_o the_o misery_n that_o they_o be_v fall_v into_o by_o sin_n gal._n 4._o 4_o 5._o so_o that_o our_o redemption_n be_v from_o the_o father_n as_o the_o original_a and_o fountain_n this_o world_n you_o that_o be_v so_o much_o in_o love_n with_o it_o what_o do_v you_o see_v or_o find_v in_o it_o that_o you_o shall_v set_v your_o heart_n upon_o it_o you_o run_v after_o that_o and_o that_o run_v from_o you_o and_o that_o so_o fast_o that_o some_o of_o you_o can_v overtake_v it_o for_o your_o life_n i_o may_v say_v that_o the_o world_n look_v upon_o some_o person_n as_o if_o it_o be_v afraid_a to_o come_v near_o they_o they_o will_v fain_o lay_v hand_n upon_o it_o and_o god_n wont_a let_v they_o he_o bid_v the_o thing_n of_o this_o world_n run_v away_o from_o they_o and_o this_o sure_o be_v in_o much_o mercy_n to_o some_o for_o god_n see_v that_o if_o they_o shall_v gain_v the_o world_n they_o will_v lose_v their_o soul_n and_o if_o he_o bear_v a_o love_n to_o they_o he_o have_v rather_o they_o shall_v miss_v of_o earth_n than_o heaven_n well_o but_o it_o may_v be_v god_n suffer_v some_o of_o you_o to_o overtake_v this_o world_n you_o make_v such_o haste_n after_o
