preach_v this_o be_v the_o exercise_n of_o the_o power_n which_o the_o magistrate_n have_v from_o god_n and_o therefore_o the_o minister_n may_v lawful_o make_v use_n of_o it_o in_o accept_v this_o relaxation_n of_o the_o restraint_n former_o lay_v on_o and_o the_o peaceable_a exercise_n of_o their_o ministry_n but_o if_o he_o have_v form_v the_o argument_n thus_o he_o will_v have_v have_v will_v have_v deal_v fair_o with_o the_o magistrate_n he_o shall_v not_o have_v foist_v in_o word_n of_o his_o own_o but_o take_v the_o magistrate_n word_n as_o they_o be_v in_o the_o act_n of_o indulgence_n in_o which_o they_o do_v not_o say_v that_o they_o appoint_v and_o order_v the_o minister_n to_o take_v upon_o they_o such_o and_o such_o particular_a charge_n but_o that_o they_o appoint_v they_o and_o in_o the_o second_o indulgence_n permit_v and_o allow_v they_o to_o preach_v and_o exercise_v the_o other_o part_n of_o the_o ministerial_a function_n in_o such_o a_o parish_n fault_n of_o this_o author_n that_o when_o he_o shall_v reason_v against_o the_o indulgence_n as_o it_o be_v accept_v by_o the_o minister_n or_o against_o their_o practise_n in_o accept_v the_o releaxation_n and_o the_o peaceable_a exercise_n of_o their_o ministry_n and_o the_o protection_n of_o lawful_a authority_n he_o fall_v to_o speak_v of_o what_o be_v wrong_v in_o the_o magistrate_n act_v to_o which_o the_o indulge_v minister_n have_v no_o accession_n but_o you_o must_v excuse_v he_o for_o if_o he_o have_v not_o do_v this_o he_o will_v have_v have_v nothing_o to_o say_v and_o yet_o it_o have_v be_v much_o better_a to_o have_v say_v nothing_o than_o to_o have_v speak_v so_o impertinent_o and_o so_o injurious_o in_o charge_v the_o indulge_v minister_n with_o the_o fault_n
