to_o that_o purpose_n to_o issue_n commission_n for_o valuation_n or_o survey_v as_o they_o shall_v think_v fit_a and_o that_o such_o survey_v shall_v be_v make_v according_a to_o the_o rule_n and_o method_n use_v for_o the_o down-survey_a wherein_o the_o unprofitable_a be_v to_o be_v throw_v in_o with_o the_o profitable_a and_o where_o the_o land_n appear_v barren_a or_o the_o quitrent_n by_o the_o say_a act_n of_o repeal_n proper_a or_o fit_a to_o be_v reduce_v it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a for_o they_o to_o reduce_v the_o same_o in_o which_o case_n such_o reduce_v or_o reserve_v quitrent_n shall_v be_v and_o be_v hereby_o the_o only_a quitrent_n payable_a out_o of_o the_o say_a land_n if_o such_o quitrent_n be_v more_o than_o the_o crown-rent_n before_o this_o act_n payable_a out_o of_o the_o say_a land_n but_o in_o case_n the_o ancient_a crown-rent_n be_v more_o the_o great_a rent_n shall_v be_v the_o rent_n reserve_v thereout_o provide_v yet_o likewise_o that_o the_o commissioner_n for_o the_o execution_n of_o the_o say_a act_n of_o repeal_n or_o in_o default_n of_o they_o the_o baron_n of_o their_o majesty_n court_n of_o exchequer_n within_o five_o year_n after_o the_o first_o sit_v of_o the_o commissioner_n for_o the_o execution_n of_o the_o say_a act_n shall_v be_v and_o be_v hereby_o impower_v to_o reduce_v the_o quitrent_n by_o the_o say_a act_n due_a and_o payable_a out_o of_o land_n by_o the_o say_a act_n of_o repeal_n to_o be_v restore_v or_o former_o restore_v to_o the_o former_a proprietor_n thereof_o where_o the_o land_n be_v barren_a or_o of_o so_o small_a value_n that_o the_o quitrent_n do_v amount_v to_o the_o four_o part_n of_o the_o value_n of_o the_o land_n and_o may_v be_v discouragement_n to_o the_o plantation_n of_o the_o say_a land_n and_o that_o such_o ascertain_v or_o abate_v of_o quitrent_n under_o the_o hand_n and_o seal_n of_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o baron_n respective_o shall_v be_v as_o good_a and_o effectual_a as_o if_o the_o same_o have_v be_v enact_v by_o these_o present_n any_o thing_n herein_o or_o in_o the_o say_a act_n of_o repeal_n contain_v to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v that_o the_o commissioner_n to_o be_v appoint_v for_o settle_v forth_o reprizal_n pursuant_n to_o the_o say_a act_n of_o repeal_n or_o any_o three_o of_o they_o shall_v out_o of_o the_o stock_n of_o reprizal_n therein_o and_o in_o this_o present_a act_n or_o in_o either_o of_o they_o mention_v set_v forth_o and_o allot_v reprizal_n to_o such_o person_n and_o person_n as_o by_o virtue_n of_o this_o present_a act_n be_v appoint_v to_o be_v reprize_v and_o shall_v and_o may_v also_o execute_v such_o other_o part_n of_o this_o act_n as_o be_v to_o be_v execute_v by_o commissioner_n and_o whereas_o divers_a land_n tenement_n and_o hereditament_n forfeit_v unto_o and_o vest_v in_o your_o majesty_n be_v or_o may_v be_v find_v to_o be_v liable_a to_o divers_a debt_n or_o other_o entire_a payment_n save_v by_o this_o act_n and_o for_o levy_v and_o receive_v the_o same_o the_o person_n or_o person_n entitle_v thereunto_o may_v charge_v any_o part_n of_o the_o land_n tenement_n or_o hereditament_n original_o liable_a to_o the_o say_a debt_n or_o payment_n with_o more_o than_o a_o just_a proportion_n thereof_o whereby_o some_o of_o the_o person_n to_o who_o part_n of_o the_o say_a land_n tenement_n or_o hereditament_n shall_v be_v allot_v or_o grant_v in_o reprisal_n may_v be_v overcharge_v in_o such_o part_n or_o proportion_n of_o the_o say_a land_n tenement_n or_o hereditament_n as_o shall_v be_v so_o to_o he_o or_o they_o grant_v or_o allot_v which_o may_v occasion_v great_a prejudice_n and_o loss_n to_o some_o of_o the_o say_v reprizable_a person_n if_o due_a course_n be_v not_o take_v for_o apportion_v the_o say_a debt_n and_o payment_n for_o remedy_n whereof_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o commissioner_n for_o execution_n of_o the_o say_a act_n of_o repeal_n and_o this_o present_a act_n or_o any_o three_o or_o more_o of_o they_o be_v and_o be_v hereby_o impower_v and_o require_v equal_o to_o apportion_v such_o debt_n and_o payment_n as_o shall_v appear_v to_o they_o to_o be_v chargeable_a upon_o or_o levyable_a out_o of_o any_o land_n tenement_n and_o hereditament_n to_o be_v set_v forth_o for_o reprizal_n as_o aforesaid_a and_o to_o ascertain_v what_o proportion_n of_o such_o debt_n or_o payment_n each_o and_o every_o proportion_n of_o the_o land_n tenement_n and_o hereditament_n which_o be_v original_o liable_a thereunto_o and_o which_o shall_v be_v separately_z set_v forth_o for_o reprizal_n as_o aforesaid_a shall_v remain_v liable_a to_o pay_v or_o discharge_v and_o the_o respective_a grantee_n and_o every_o of_o they_o and_o their_o respective_a proportion_n of_o the_o say_a land_n tenement_n and_o hereditament_n to_o they_o allot_v for_o reprizal_n shall_v not_o be_v liable_a to_o any_o more_o of_o the_o say_a debt_n or_o payment_n than_o by_o the_o say_a apportionment_n shall_v be_v appoint_v and_o direct_v which_o proportion_n of_o the_o say_a debt_n or_o payment_n be_v to_o be_v insert_v in_o the_o certificate_n to_o be_v grant_v of_o the_o land_n liable_a thereunto_o if_o the_o person_n or_o person_n obtain_v such_o certificate_n shall_v desire_v the_o
