that_o this_o communion_n with_o christ_n or_o the_o communion_n that_o we_o have_v among_o ourselves_o we_o must_v not_o so_o understand_v it_o as_o if_o it_o be_v begin_v or_o make_v but_o so_o and_o the_o faithful_a be_v confirm_v unto_o we_o in_o the_o participation_n of_o the_o lord_n supper_n that_o be_v it_o be_v a_o effectual_a bond_n pledge_v and_o seal_v of_o that_o holy_a and_o saviour_n luke_n 22.19_o do_v this_o in_o remembrance_n of_o i_o but_o much_o more_o plain_o out_o of_o the_o apostle_n word_n 1_o cor._n 11.26_o you_o show_v forth_o the_o lord_n death_n till_o he_o come_v the_o eat_v of_o this_o bread_n and_o the_o drink_n of_o this_o cup_n be_v the_o show_v or_o set_v forth_o of_o the_o lord_n death_n till_o he_o come_v and_o these_o be_v the_o word_n that_o little_a here_o a_o precept_n and_o there_o a_o precept_n carry_v we_o by_o certain_a degree_n from_o low_a thing_n to_o high_a thing_n from_o small_a thing_n to_o great_a from_o thing_n more_o know_v to_o thing_n more_o unknown_a from_o nothing_o to_o a_o little_a from_o a_o little_a to_o much_o and_o from_o much_o in_o the_o end_n to_o perfection_n this_o be_v the_o great_a and_o the_o the_o outward_a mean_n of_o grace_n we_o have_v the_o word_n and_o the_o sacrament_n we_o receive_v the_o word_n and_o the_o sacrament_n we_o conform_v ourselves_o to_o these_o outward_a duty_n these_o be_v some_o degree_n of_o perfection_n yet_o they_o be_v but_o a_o very_a low_a degree_n so_o low_a that_o many_o come_v to_o this_o degree_n and_o yet_o never_o come_v to_o heaven_n and_o yet_o they_o be_v very_o material_a and_o so_o material_a as_o that_o none_o ordinary_o can_v come_v to_o heaven_n without_o these_o this_o be_v the_o begin_n of_o our_o religion_n this_o be_v as_o it_o be_v our_o a._n b._n c._n as_o a_o man_n will_v say_v and_o when_o we_o come_v to_o know_v these_o we_o come_v to_o know_v a_o little_a and_o to_o smatter_v a_o little_a about_o the_o matter_n of_o our_o perfection_n these_o be_v the_o first_o degree_n the_o second_o ascent_n be_v the_o life_n of_o grace_n which_o be_v wrought_v in_o the_o heart_n of_o god_n child_n by_o these_o outward_a heart_n it_o be_v not_o the_o wine_n and_o the_o sacrament_n that_o shall_v save_v we_o it_o be_v not_o our_o clothes_n but_o our_o body_n that_o shall_v warm_v we_o without_o we_o have_v this_o grace_n we_o shall_v not_o be_v the_o near_a to_o life_n second_o i_o show_v you_o that_o the_o thing_n themselves_o they_o be_v not_o the_o substance_n of_o our_o salvation_n not_o our_o faith_n nor_o our_o repentance_n but_o a_o mean_n of_o our_o salvation_n 1_o john_n 3.2_o we_o know_v that_o we_o be_v the_o son_n of_o god_n but_o we_o know_v not_o what_o we_o shall_v be_v a_o strange_a be_v serviceable_a mean_n of_o the_o fit_v of_o we_o against_o the_o day_n of_o christ_n therefore_o every_o one_o of_o we_o shall_v labour_v to_o perform_v these_o duty_n so_o as_o to_o make_v this_o our_o reach_n make_v this_o our_o aim_n that_o we_o may_v be_v fit_v to_o the_o come_n of_o the_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n and_o because_o that_o the_o day_n of_o our_o death_n be_v partly_o a_o beginning_n of_o the_o lord_n come_v to_o we_o in_o particular_a therefore_o let_v we_o labour_v still_o so_o to_o pray_v as_o that_o we_o shall_v die_v present_o still_o so_o to_o hear_v the_o word_n
