world_n the_o love_n of_o the_o father_n be_v not_o in_o he_o for_o all_o that_o be_v in_o the_o world_n as_o the_o lust_n of_o the_o flesh_n and_o the_o lust_n of_o the_o eye_n and_o the_o pride_n of_o life_n be_v not_o of_o the_o father_n but_o of_o the_o world_n and_o the_o world_n pass_v away_o and_o the_o lust_n thereof_o but_o he_o that_o fulfyl_v the_o will_n of_o god_n abide_v for_o ever_o i_o love_v you_o even_o as_o a_o mother_n love_v her_o child_n and_o write_v for_o that_o purpose_n partly_o rejoice_v at_o your_o felicity_n partly_o exhort_v you_o to_o go_v forward_o endue_v with_o a_o common_a manner_n of_o wisdom_n whereby_o old_a man_n be_v commend_v almost_o because_o of_o the_o experience_n of_o thing_n and_o geve_v the_o better_a counsel_n to_o the_o ignorant_a young_a folk_n but_o in_o that_o you_o have_v reknowledge_v jesus_n christ_n the_o author_n of_o salvation_n which_o not_o only_o be_v of_o a_o great_a old_a age_n but_o also_o have_v be_v always_o with_o the_o father_n you_o be_v of_o great_a age_n know_v he_o that_o be_v eternal_a and_o the_o more_o full_o you_o know_v he_o so_o much_o the_o more_o diligent_o you_o preach_v he_o to_o they_o that_o be_v of_o slendere_a age_n old_a folk_n do_v remember_v and_o keep_v in_o mind_n many_o old_a ancient_a thing_n and_o you_o keep_v he_o in_o mind_n that_o be_v before_o all_o age_n i_o write_v unto_o you_o yongment_n which_o through_o the_o strength_n of_o faith_n have_v overcome_v that_o wicked_a &_o unruly_a satan_n the_o common_a sort_n of_o youngman_n think_v themselves_o happy_a in_o that_o they_o geve_v light_o place_n to_o no_o man_n because_o of_o their_o bodily_a strength_n but_o you_o be_v more_o happy_a that_o by_o reason_n of_o your_o strength_n of_o mind_n you_o can_v be_v overcome_v neither_o with_o enticement_n of_o voluptuous_a pleasure_n ne_o with_o any_o terror_n of_o the_o world_n other_o man_n activity_n flourish_v in_o battle_n but_o your_o activity_n have_v flourish_v more_o noble_o against_o the_o assault_n of_o devil_n the_o flesh_n &_o the_o world_n i_o write_v unto_o you_o child_n which_o although_o for_o tenderness_n of_o your_o year_n you_o be_v not_o skill_v as_o yet_o in_o yâ—_z knowledge_n of_o worldly_a matter_n yet_o you_o have_v already_o attein_v the_o thing_n yâ—_z get_v you_o everlasting_a felicity_n in_o other_o child_n it_o be_v yâ—_z first_o special_a token_n of_o wit_n if_o they_o acknowledge_v their_o father_n but_o you_o know_v your_o heavenly_a father_n by_o who_o you_o be_v regenerate_v unto_o heaven_n let_v every_o one_o maintain_v that_o he_o have_v and_o increase_v in_o that_o he_o have_v for_o this_o cause_n sake_n i_o both_o rejoice_v in_o everye_o one_o and_o also_o warn_v all_o and_o every_o order_n and_o state_n of_o you_o that_o acknowledge_v your_o felicity_n you_o geve_v thanks_n to_o god_n your_o autour_fw-fr and_o have_v in_o remembrance_n whither_o you_o must_v go_v press_v always_o forewarde_v unto_o more_o perfection_n i_o will_v rehearse_v it_o unto_o you_o therefore_o that_o you_o can_v not_o forget_v it_o i_o have_v write_v unto_o you_o father_n for_o you_o know_v he_o which_o have_v neither_o beginning_n nor_o end_v that_o the_o desire_n of_o this_o life_n shall_v in_o no_o wise_n stiere_a you_o sing_v you_o make_v haste_n to_o the_o life_n
