every_o church_n of_o christ_n have_v freedom_n to_o celebrate_v day_n of_o fast_v and_o prayer_n and_o of_o thanksgiving_n according_a to_o the_o word_n of_o god_n meeting_n elder_n meeting_n 8._o the_o elder_n of_o church_n and_o other_o brethren_n and_o messenger_n have_v liberty_n to_o meet_v monthly_o quarterly_o or_o otherwise_o in_o convenient_a number_n and_o place_n for_o conference_n
