seem_v to_o know_v any_o thing_n he_o know_v nothing_o as_o he_o ought_v we_o shall_v know_v this_o that_o by_o nature_n we_o know_v nothing_o but_o be_v altogether_o blind_a dead_a and_o foolish_a in_o spiritual_a thing_n and_o this_o knowledge_n shall_v make_v we_o nothing_o foolish_a and_o child_n in_o our_o own_o eye_n but_o we_o desire_v to_o know_v and_o seem_v wise_a whereby_o it_o come_v to_o pass_v that_o we_o know_v not_o how_o or_o for_o what_o end_n we_o ought_v to_o learn_v knowledge_n for_o wisdom_n be_v not_o give_v unto_o we_o for_o this_o purpose_n that_o thereby_o be_v puff_v with_o pride_n we_o extol_v ourselves_o and_o become_v something_o in_o the_o eye_n of_o the_o world_n but_o on_o the_o contrary_a to_o make_v we_o nothing_o this_o be_v the_o knowledge_n of_o god_n that_o make_v we_o fool_n and_o child_n to_o ourselves_o and_o the_o world_n it_o do_v not_o puff_n we_o up_o make_v we_o seem_v wise_a in_o our_o own_o opinion_n no_o for_o that_o be_v the_o knowledge_n of_o the_o serpent_n both_o most_o devilish_a and_o deadly_a thus_o you_o see_v that_o the_o whole_a world_n know_v not_o what_o how_o and_o for_o what_o end_n they_o shall_v desire_v to_o know_v but_o always_o strive_v against_o god_n in_o their_o knowledge_n and_o know_v not_o of_o what_o thing_n they_o ought_v to_o be_v ignorant_a off_o but_o chief_o be_v desirous_a to_o know_v those_o thing_n they_o ought_v to_o be_v ignorant_a off_o and_o so_o by_o their_o own_o art_n and_o knowledge_n make_v themselves_o fool_n brief_o that_o which_o they_o do_v know_v and_o do_v desire_n to_o know_v that_o they_o shall_v learn_v to_o unknown_a and_o what_o they_o resist_v to_o know_v that_o they_o shall_v learn_v to_o know_v otherwise_o god_n will_v never_o acknowledge_v they_o for_o his_o own_o because_o god_n have_v determine_v never_o to_o acknowledge_v crown_n or_o reward_v any_o thing_n in_o we_o but_o his_o own_v gift_n and_o work_n that_o be_v never_o to_o love_v or_o accept_v any_o thing_n in_o we_o but_o himself_o for_o he_o alone_o be_v the_o light_n life_n the_o way_n and_o the_o truth_n so_o that_o whosoever_o be_v not_o in_o he_o or_o he_o in_o they_o they_o always_o wander_v in_o the_o path_n of_o error_n and_o shadow_n of_o death_n now_o every_o man_n know_v what_o it_o be_v to_o walk_v in_o darkness_n the_o wall_n of_o jerusalem_n be_v not_o to_o be_v open_v before_o the_o sun_n do_v rise_v even_o so_o shall_v no_o man_n intend_v to_o go_v forth_o before_o the_o son_n of_o righteousness_n arise_v in_o his_o heart_n since_o all_o thing_n depend_v upon_o he_o and_o be_v shall_v be_v our_o teacher_n and_o example_n by_o who_o instruction_n we_o shall_v learn_v and_o by_o who_o example_n we_o shall_v walk_v as_o the_o scripture_n testify_v it_o be_v a_o easy_a thing_n to_o say_v that_o the_o world_n be_v in_o darkness_n and_o uncapable_a of_o the_o spirit_n of_o truth_n but_o no_o man_n will_v either_o acknowledge_v or_o believe_v himself_o to_o be_v the_o world_n or_o that_o the_o whole_a world_n to_o god_n be_v all_o flesh_n as_o the_o son_n of_o adam_n all_o be_v natural_a man_n with_o the_o universal_a righteousness_n reason_n and_o wisdom_n therein_o but_o by_o the_o world_n man_n think_v to_o be_v understand_v the_o turk_n gentle_n and_o heathen_n and_o i_o know_v not_o what_o people_n of_o the_o far_a part_n of_o the_o world_n attribute_v so_o much_o to_o art_n tongue_n and_o scripture_n which_o they_o almost_o prefer_v above_o the_o spirit_n and_o if_o a_o man_n do_v read_v and_o have_v a_o bible_n they_o think_v it_o enough_o and_o that_o by_o which_o they_o may_v easy_o obtain_v the_o holy_a ghost_n not_o consider_v that_o either_o the_o holy_a ghost_n must_v be_v their_o guide_n and_o enlighten_v they_o in_o the_o knowledge_n of_o the_o word_n or_o otherwise_o it_o be_v but_o a_o dead_a letter_n
