no_o private_a person_n to_o exclude_v any_o man_n out_o of_o the_o church_n or_o congregation_n but_o only_o unto_o the_o whole_a church_n or_o unto_o they_o that_o be_v choose_v &_o appoint_v of_o the_o same_o unto_o that_o office_n and_o their_o duty_n it_o be_v to_o considre_v both_o in_o this_o matter_n and_o all_o other_o what_o may_v be_v most_o profitable_a and_o expediente_a unto_o
