be_v once_o over_o man_n shall_v never_o look_v back_o nor_o reflect_v upon_o it_o more_o so_o as_o to_o be_v humble_v for_o their_o deadness_n hardness_n and_o indisposition_n in_o the_o duty_n and_o have_v no_o care_n to_o make_v up_o that_o by_o after-diligence_n which_o be_v want_v in_o the_o present_a performance_n no_o marvel_n though_o they_o receive_v no_o benefit_n or_o advantage_n by_o it_o but_o second_o if_o upon_o after-examination_n and_o a_o review_n of_o the_o business_n we_o find_v that_o we_o be_v refresh_v our_o heart_n comfort_v and_o enlarge_v that_o we_o have_v virtue_n from_o and_o communion_n with_o christ_n 1._o let_v we_o bless_v god_n with_o our_o whole_a soul_n for_o his_o mercy_n and_o goodness_n to_o we_o and_o with_o all_o thankfulness_n acknowledge_v his_o gracious_a deal_n with_o we_o 2._o let_v we_o be_v careful_a to_o keep_v up_o and_o maintain_v that_o gracious_a and_o holy_a frame_n of_o spirit_n which_o we_o bring_v from_o the_o sacrament_n pray_v we_o as_o david_n do_v for_o the_o people_n when_o he_o see_v they_o in_o a_o good_a frame_n of_o spirit_n and_o that_o they_o offer_v willing_o and_o free_o towards_o the_o building_n of_o god_n a_o house_n o_o lord_n 18._o 1_o chron._n 29._o 18._o keep_v this_o for_o ever_o in_o the_o imagination_n of_o the_o thought_n of_o the_o heart_n of_o thy_o people_n so_o when_o we_o find_v a_o good_a frame_n of_o heart_n wrought_v in_o we_o at_o the_o sacrament_n we_o shall_v pray_v and_o endeavour_v that_o this_o frame_n of_o heart_n may_v be_v still_o uphold_v and_o continue_v in_o we_o we_o shall_v endeavour_v to_o keep_v alive_a as_o long_o as_o may_v be_v that_o holy_a fire_n that_o be_v kindle_v in_o our_o heart_n in_o the_o use_n of_o the_o sacrament_n it_o be_v a_o great_a fault_n in_o we_o when_o we_o come_v from_o the_o sacrament_n that_o we_o have_v no_o care_n to_o keep_v our_o heart_n in_o good_a frame_n by_o prayer_n meditation_n or_o good_a conference_n but_o present_o fall_v a_o discourse_n about_o secular_a business_n or_o foolish_a idle_a and_o unprofitable_a matter_n this_o be_v a_o dangerous_a quench_n of_o the_o spirit_n and_o tend_v to_o the_o harden_v of_o the_o heart_n as_o thrust_v red-hot_a iron_n into_o water_n make_v it_o hard_o such_o sudden_a cooling_n and_o damping_n of_o spiritual_a heat_n get_v in_o
