thereof_o in_o the_o law_n of_o god_n there_o be_v no_o necessity_n to_o believe_v the_o say_a purgatory_n as_o a_o article_n of_o our_o faith_n or_o that_o there_o be_v any_o such_o place_n after_o this_o life_n but_o here_o be_v matter_n of_o doubt_n because_o man_n in_o these_o day_n be_v strange_o affect_v to_o the_o help_n and_o aid_v of_o the_o dead_a notwithstanding_o that_o in_o all_o the_o scripture_n there_o be_v nothing_o express_o teach_v except_o in_o the_o book_n of_o macchabee_n which_o be_v no_o part_n of_o the_o old_a testament_n nor_o canonical_a and_o that_o neither_o christ_n nor_o the_o prophet_n nor_o the_o apostle_n nor_o the_o saint_n near_o their_o time_n have_v ever_o teach_v to_o pray_v for_o the_o dead_a but_o have_v rather_o careful_o teach_v that_o the_o people_n that_o live_v unblamable_o shall_v be_v saint_n and_o therefore_o answer_v to_o the_o doubt_n abovementioned_n we_o say_v that_o the_o principal_a cause_n of_o this_o dote_a affection_n
