himself_o do_v explicate_v what_o be_v the_o literal_a sense_n which_o seem_v to_o sound_v any_o wickedness_n to_o wit_n that_o wherein_o the_o capharnaite_n do_v take_v the_o word_n of_o christ_n 98._o tract_n 27._o in_o joann_n &_o psal_n 98._o who_o think_v that_o his_o flesh_n be_v to_o be_v tear_v as_o we_o see_v it_o do_v in_o the_o shambles_n and_o some_o little_a part_n give_v to_o every_o one_o therefore_o when_o s._n austin_n say_v that_o by_o this_o precept_n unless_o you_o eat_v be_v command_v that_o we_o communicate_v by_o the_o passion_n of_o christ_n and_o worship_n and_o cogitat_fw-la it_o in_o our_o mind_n he_o do_v only_o signify_v that_o which_o the_o apostle_n say_v 11._o 1._o cor._n 11._o that_o the_o flesh_n of_o christ_n be_v to_o be_v receive_v in_o the_o sacrament_n for_o a_o remembrance_n of_o the_o passion_n and_o death_n of_o our_o lord_n all_o other_o frivoulous_a objection_n for_o as_o much_o as_o they_o have_v no_o authority_n but_o their_o own_o bare_a explication_n i_o think_v needless_a to_o write_v special_o when_o you_o see_v that_o we_o have_v all_o antiquity_n with_o the_o whole_a church_n for_o our_o sentence_n and_o opinion_n to_o wit_n that_o the_o true_a body_n and_o blood_n of_o christ_n be_v undoubted_o and_o real_o eat_v in_o the_o sacrament_n of_o the_o eucharist_n but_o to_o make_v s._n austin_n more_o clear_a hear_v yet_o this_o one_o sentence_n of_o he_o he_o therefore_o expound_v a_o little_a beneath_o 11._o these_o word_n he_o which_o eat_v my_o flesh_n and_o drink_v my_o blood_n remain_v in_o i_o say_v thus_o he_o that_o remain_v not_o in_o christ_n &_o in_o who_o christ_n do_v not_o remain_v without_o doubt_n he_o do_v not_o eat_v his_o flesh_n spiritual_o nor_o drink_v his_o blood_n although_o carnal_o and_o visible_o he_o press_v the_o body_n and_o blood_n of_o christ_n with_o his_o tooth_n but_o do_v rather_o eat_v ad_fw-la drink_v the_o sacrament_n of_o so_o great_a a_o thing_n to_o austin_n whoe_o therefore_o can_v be_v so_o froward_a as_o to_o deny_v &_o say_v that_o s._n austin_n do_v not_o expound_v these_o word_n of_o s._n john_n to_o pertain_v unto_o the_o sacrament_n of_o the_o eucharist_n where_o the_o flesh_n and_o blood_n of_o christ_n be_v rea_o eat_v &_o drunken_a and_o that_o he_o will_v only_o teach_v when_o he_o say_v this_o bread_n be_v to_o be_v eat_v by_o faith_n that_o neither_o tooth_n nor_o belly_n be_v to_o be_v prepare_v but_o that_o faith_n and_o purity_n of_o mind_n be_v necessary_a whereby_o this_o meat_n ought_v to_o be_v take_v that_o it_o may_v profit_v and_o be_v worthy_o eat_v without_o which_o it_o do_v not_o profit_n but_o hurt_n again_o our_o adversary_n object_n a_o other_o place_n out_o of_o s._n athanasius_n where_o in_o his_o tract_n upon_o these_o word_n whoesoever_o shall_v speak_v a_o word_n against_o the_o son_n of_o man_n it_o shall_v be_v for_o give_v etc._n etc._n say_v thus_o how_o many_o man_n will_v his_o body_n have_v suffice_v for_o meat_n that_o it_o may_v become_v food_n for_o the_o whole_a world_n but_o therefore_o he_o make_v mention_n of_o his_o ascension_n into_o heaven_n that_o he_o may_v draw_v
