know_v he_o to_o be_v murder_v he_o know_v likewise_o by_o who_o he_o be_v so_o he_o acknowledge_v he_o do_v and_o be_v urge_v to_o confess_v what_o he_o know_v concern_v it_o affirm_v that_o it_o be_v his_o mother_n and_o his_o brother_n that_o have_v murder_v his_o master_n the_o justice_n of_o peace_n then_o advise_v he_o to_o consider_v what_o he_o say_v tell_v he_o that_o he_o fear_v he_o with_o may_v cost_v they_o their_o life_n but_o he_o affirm_v he_o speak_v nothing_o but_o the_o truth_n and_o that_o if_o he_o be_v immediate_o to_o die_v he_o will_v justify_v it_o the_o justice_n desire_v he_o to_o declare_v how_o and_o when_o they_o do_v it_o he_o then_o tell_v he_o that_o his_o mother_n and_o his_o brother_n have_v lie_v at_o he_o ever_o since_o he_o come_v into_o his_o master_n service_n to_o help_v they_o to_o money_n tell_v he_o how_o poor_a they_o be_v and_o it_o be_v in_o his_o power_n to_o relieve_v they_o by_o give_v they_o notice_n when_o his_o master_n go_v to_o receive_v his_o lady_n rent_n for_o they_o will_v then_o waylay_v and_o rob_v he_o and_o further_o say_v that_o upon_o the_o thursday_n morning_n his_o master_n go_v to_o charringworth_n go_v of_o a_o errand_n into_o the_o town_n he_o meet_v his_o brother_n in_o the_o street_n who_o he_o then_o tell_v whither_o his_o master_n be_v go_v and_o if_o he_o waylay_v he_o he_o may_v have_v his_o money_n and_o further_o say_v that_o in_o the_o evening_n his_o mistress_n send_v he_o to_o meet_v his_o master_n he_o meet_v his_o brother_n in_o the_o street_n before_o his_o master_n gate_n go_v the_o footway_n across_o the_o churchyard_n and_o his_o brother_n keep_v the_o great_a road_n round_o the_o church_n but_o in_o the_o highway_n beyond_o the_o church_n meet_v again_o and_o so_o go_v together_o the_o way_n lead_v to_o charringworth_n till_o they_o come_v to_o a_o gate_n about_o a_o bow_n be_v shoot_v from_o campden_n church_n that_o go_v into_o a_o ground_n of_o the_o lady_n campden_n call_v the_o conygree_n which_o to_o those_o who_o have_v a_o key_n to_o go_v through_o the_o garden_n be_v the_o next_o way_n from_o that_o place_n to_o mr._n harrison_n house_n when_o they_o come_v near_o unto_o that_o gate_n he_o the_o say_a john_n perry_n say_v he_o tell_v his_o brother_n he_o do_v believe_v his_o master_n be_v just_o go_v into_o the_o conygree_n for_o it_o be_v then_o so_o dark_a they_o can_v not_o discern_v any_o man_n so_o as_o to_o know_v he_o but_o perceive_v one_o to_o go_v into_o that_o ground_n and_o know_v there_o be_v no_o way_n but_o for_o those_o who_o have_v a_o key_n through_o the_o garden_n conclude_v it_o be_v his_o master_n and_o so_o tell_v his_o brother_n if_o he_o follow_v he_o he_o may_v have_v his_o money_n and_o he_o in_o the_o mean_a time_n will_v walk_v a_o turn_v in_o the_o field_n which_o according_o he_o do_v and_o then_o follow_v his_o brother_n about_o the_o middle_n of_o the_o conygree_n find_v his_o master_n on_o the_o ground_n his_o brother_n upon_o he_o and_o his_o mother_n stand_v by_o and_o be_v ask_v whether_o his_o master_n be_v then_o dead_a answer_v no_o for_o that_o after_o he_o come_v to_o they_o and_o so_o strangle_v he_o which_o have_v do_v he_o take_v a_o bag_n of_o money_n out_o of_o his_o pocket_n and_o throw_v it_o into_o his_o mother_n lap_n and_o then_o he_o and_o his_o brother_n carry_v his_o master_n be_v dead_a body_n into_o the_o garden_n adjoin_v to_o the_o conygree_n where_o they_o consult_v what_o to_o do_v with_o it_o and_o at_o length_n agree_v to_o throw_v it_o into_o the_o great_a sink_n by_o wallington_n mill_n behind_o the_o garden_n but_o say_v his_o mother_n and_o brother_n bid_v he_o go_v up_o to_o the_o court_n next_o the_o house_n to_o hearken_v whether_o any_o one_o be_v stir_v and_o they_o will_v throw_v the_o body_n into_o the_o sink_v and_o be_v ask_v whether_o it_o be_v there_o he_o say_v he_o know_v not_o for_o that_o he_o leave_v it_o in_o the_o garden_n but_o his_o mother_n and_o brother_n say_v they_o will_v throw_v it_o there_o and_o if_o it_o be_v not_o there_o he_o know_v not_o be_v it_o be_v for_o that_o he_o return_v no_o more_o to_o they_o but_o go_v into_o the_o courtgate_n which_o go_v into_o the_o town_n where_o he_o meet_v with_o john_n pierce_v with_o who_o he_o go_v into_o the_o field_n and_o again_o return_v with_o he_o to_o his_o master_n gate_n after_o which_o he_o go_v into_o the_o hen-roost_n where_o he_o lie_v till_o twelve_o o'clock_o that_o night_n but_o sleep_v not_o and_o have_v when_o he_o
