give_v after_o deliverance_n from_o any_o cross_n or_o sickness_n o_o eternal_a god_n almighty_a and_o most_o merciful_a father_n the_o life_n of_o they_o that_o die_v the_o health_n of_o they_o that_o be_v sick_a and_o the_o only_a recoverer_n of_o they_o that_o be_v cast_v down_o i_o thy_o late_a sick_a and_o sorrowful_a servant_n do_v with_o bend_a knee_n and_o a_o thankful_a hart_n prostrate_v myself_o before_o thou_o at_o this_o time_n and_o do_v thankful_o acknowledge_v

of_o our_o life_n in_o behold_v this_o disease_a and_o distress_a feruant_fw-la of_o thou_o who_o thou_o have_v cast_v down_o upon_o the_o bed_n of_o sickness_n he_o be_v as_o we_o think_v of_o late_a in_o good_a health_n and_o now_o we_o see_v he_o at_o the_o point_n of_o death_n in_o he_o let_v we_o behold_v our_o frail_a estate_n and_o true_o to_o consider_v that_o all_o flesh_n be_v grass_n and_o because_o we_o be_v now_o in_o this_o house_n of_o mourning_n let_v we_o be_v admonish_v of_o our_o late_a end_n and_o behold_v what_o afterward_o shall_v become_v of_o us._n make_v we_o true_o to_o mourn_v with_o they_o that_o mourn_v and_o to_o weep_v with_o they_o that_o weep_v and_o grant_v unto_o we_o all_o the_o forgiveness_n of_o our_o sin_n â—he_v assistance_n of_o thy_o spirit_n shall_v scourge_v he_o with_o all_o thy_o rod_n he_o feel_v his_o sin_n he_o fear_v thy_o justice_n he_o be_v affright_v at_o death_n he_o tremble_v at_o thy_o judgement_n and_o unless_o thy_o law_n of_o comfort_n whereby_o he_o may_v be_v able_a to_o endure_v these_o trouble_n which_o otherwise_o will_v be_v intolerable_a unto_o he_o as_o his_o pain_n increase_v so_o increase_v his_o patience_n and_o as_o it_o decrease_v so_o increase_v his_o thankfulness_n turn_v this_o visitation_n to_o the_o good_a of_o his_o soul_n lay_v no_o more_o upon_o he_o than_o he_o be_v able_a to_o bear_v and_o as_o he_o feel_v thy_o justice_n in_o suffer_v for_o his_o sin_n so_o let_v he_o feel_v thy_o mercy_n in_o correct_v he_o for_o they_o and_o as_o thou_o now_o try_v when_o her_o he_o will_v love_v thou_o or_o no_o so_o make_v he_o now_o most_o to_o love_v thou_o when_o thou_o correct_a he_o as_o thy_o son_n let_v his_o heart_n be_v glad_a his_o tongue_n rejoice_v and_o his_o flesh_n also_o rest_v in_o hope_n because_o thou_o will_v not_o suffer_v his_o soul_n in_o the_o grave_n nor_o his_o flesh_n through_o thy_o holy_a one_o to_o see_v corruption_n remember_v not_o lord_n his_o or_o our_o iniquity_n spare_v he_o good_a lord_n spare_v thy_o servant_n who_o christ_n have_v redeem_v with_o his_o most_o precious_a blood_n and_o be_v not_o angry_a with_o we_o for_o ever_o lord_n
