nothing_o herein_o but_o the_o principle_n of_o reason_n and_o morality_n by_o which_o they_o look_v more_o upon_o the_o material_a outside_n of_o the_o work_n then_o upon_o any_o thing_n else_o private_a as_o in_o public_a it_o be_v not_o perfect_a for_o although_o a_o good_a man_n may_v be_v a_o ill_a magistrate_n for_o want_n of_o rule_v part_n yet_o no_o man_n that_o be_v ill_o can_v be_v a_o good_a magistrate_n though_o his_o part_n be_v never_o so_o eminent_a because_o a_o evil_a man_n as_o he_o make_v no_o conscience_n of_o sin_n in_o private_a so_o he_o will_v never_o be_v
