writing_n be_v make_v according_a to_o the_o tenor_n of_o the_o condition_n aforesaid_a or_o not_o and_o the_o say_v john_n say_v then_o and_o there_o that_o he_o will_v seal_v and_o deliver_v that_o writing_n if_o that_o writing_n be_v according_a to_o the_o tenor_n of_o the_o condition_n aforesaid_a but_o the_o say_v william_n then_o and_o there_o refuse_v to_o deliver_v to_o the_o say_v john_n the_o writing_n aforesaid_a to_o show_v to_o a_o man_n learn_v in_o the_o law_n who_o can_v read_v the_o same_o to_o the_o ●aid_n john_n by_o reason_n of_o which_o the_o say_v john_n do_v not_o seal_v they_o to_o the_o aforesaid_a william_n painter_n his_o heir_n and_o assign_v according_a to_o the_o form_n and_o effect_n of_o the_o condition_n aforesaid_a to_o be_v do_v and_o this_o he_o be_v ready_a to_o aver_v whereupon_o he_o pray_v judgement_n if_o the_o say_v william_n his_o action_n aforesaid_a against_o he_o aught_o to_o have_v and_o the_o say_v william_n say_v that_o the_o plea_n
