all_o sum_n of_o money_n so_o to_o be_v borrow_v with_o interest_n for_o the_o same_o not_o exceed_v 7_o l._n per_fw-la cent._n or_o so_o much_o thereof_o as_o shall_v not_o be_v repay_v out_o of_o one_o moiety_n of_o the_o say_a forfeiture_n to_o their_o majesty_n and_o the_o other_o to_o the_o informer_n clxviii_o and_o if_o the_o insurer_n or_o manager_n of_o such_o fraud_n be_v the_o discoverer_n he_o shall_v not_o only_o keep_v the_o insurance_n money_n give_v he_o and_o be_v discharge_v of_o
low-wine_n draw_v from_o drink_n so_o mix_v with_o 12_o d._n a_o gallon_n xxxvi_o no_o distiller_n or_o other_o draw_v low-wine_n or_o spirit_n from_o corn_n prepare_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v prepare_v any_o wash_n from_o molossus_n or_o other_o material_n from_o any_o other_o person_n until_o he_o have_v draw_v off_o and_o distil_v all_o the_o liquor_n make_v or_o prepare_v from_o corn_n as_o aforesaid_a on_o pain_n to_o forfeit_v for_o every_o barrel_n of_o such_o liquor_n make_v of_o corn_n find_v undistil_v 5_o l._n xxxvii_o if_o any_o gauger_n or_o other_o officer_n of_o the_o excise_n shall_v witting_o make_v a_o false_a charge_n by_o return_v any_o quantity_n of_o low-wine_n not_o make_v from_o malted_a corn_n as_o make_v from_o malted_a corn_n he_o shall_v lose_v his_o employment_n and_o forfeit_v for_o every_o gallon_n so_o false_o charge_v 10_o s._n xxxviii_o distiller_n and_o other_o upon_o oath_n make_v before_o two_o commissioner_n of_o excise_n or_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n that_o any_o brandy_n or_o strong_a water_n intend_v to_o be_v export_v be_v draw_v from_o drink_v brew_v from_o malted_a corn_n without_o any_o mixture_n and_o that_o the_o same_o be_v not_o mix_v with_o any_o low-wine_n nor_o draw_v a_o second_o time_n nor_o with_o any_o other_o spirit_n or_o brandy_n make_v from_o any_o other_o material_n and_o that_o the_o duty_n of_o the_o same_o be_v enter_v and_o pay_v and_o that_o the_o same_o be_v export_v for_o merchandise_n may_v export_v such_o spirit_n or_o brandy_n and_o upon_o a_o certificate_n from_o the_o officer_n of_o excise_n for_o the_o place_n where_o they_o be_v ship_v off_o of_o the_o quantity_n and_o the_o same_o be_v ship_v in_o the_o presence_n of_o such_o officer_n such_o exporter_n shall_v be_v pay_v by_o the_o commissioner_n for_o such_o port_n or_o place_n 3_o d._n for_o every_o gallon_n ship_v off_o thirty-nine_o the_o gauger_n shall_v take_v a_o account_n of_o all_o wash_n and_o other_o material_n prepare_v for_o make_v low-wine_n and_o of_o all_o low-wine_n spirit_n and_o strong-water_n find_v in_o the_o house_n etc._n etc._n or_o in_o any_o wash-back_a cask_n or_o other_o vessel_n use_v by_o any_o maker_n of_o low-wine_n or_o spirit_n and_o if_o they_o miss_v any_o liquor_n brew_v which_o they_o sound_v gage_v the_o last_o time_n they_o be_v there_o not_o exceed_v 24_o hour_n before_o and_o shall_v not_o receive_v satisfaction_n what_o be_v become_v of_o it_o they_o shall_v charge_v the_o distiller_n with_o so_o much_o low-wine_n as_o such_o liquor_n miss_v will_v have_v make_v xl._n from_o the_o say_v 24_o day_n of_o decemb._n no_o maker_n of_o low-wine_n etc._n etc._n shall_v set_v their_o still_n at_o work_n or_o deliver_v or_o carry_v out_o any_o low-wine_n etc._n etc._n to_o their_o customer_n in_o cask_n or_o by_o the_o gallon_n without_o notice_n give_v to_o the_o officer_n of_o excise_n for_o the_o place_n where_o he_o live_v unless_o from_o the_o 29_o day_n of_o septemb_n to_o the_o 25_o of_o march_n yearly_a between_o 5_o in_o the_o morning_n and_o 8_o at_o night_n and_o from_o the_o 25_o of_o march_n to_o the_o 29_o of_o septemb_n between_o 3_o in_o the_o morning_n and_o 9_o at_o night_n on_o pain_n to_o forfeit_v for_o every_o such_o offence_n 10_o l._n xli_o the_o duty_n hereby_o impose_v shall_v be_v levy_v in_o such_o manner_n and_o under_o such_o of_o the_o sea_n so_o as_o within_o ten_o day_n after_o shear_v and_o before_o they_o otherwise_o dispose_v of_o the_o same_o they_o certify_v under_o their_o hand_n to_o the_o officer_n of_o the_o notwithstanding_o i._o stat._n 5_o &_o 6_o w._n &_o m._n sess_n 5._o cap._n 5._o indictment_n certiorari_fw-la to_o remove_v indictment_n that_o in_o termtime_n no_o certiorari_fw-la at_o the_o prosecution_n of_o any_o party_n indict_v shall_v be_v grant_v out_o of_o the_o court_n of_o king_n bench_n to_o remove_v any_o indictment_n before_o trial_n have_v and_o from_o before_o the_o justice_n of_o the_o general_n or_o quarter_n session_n of_o the_o peace_n unless_o such_o certiorari_fw-la shall_v be_v grant_v upon_o motion_n of_o council_n and_o rule_n of_o court_n in_o open_a thereby_o arise_v at_o or_o before_o the_o 25_o of_o march_n 1689._o grant_v and_o payable_a to_o the_o two_o late_a king_n or_o either_o of_o they_o which_o remain_v and_o have_v continuance_n on_o
